Terms of Service
Please read before commissioning.
1. Terms
By commissioning Mitsuya you are agreeing to all the following rules and you are responsible for all agreed upon payments. If you do not agree you are prohibited from commission or trade with this artist.
2. Use of Product or Material
You are allowed to upload the watermarked image to Furaffinity, Deviantart, Tumblr or Twitter with proper credit to the artist. Any other sites must be agreed upon prior to it's posting. You will receive 1 un-watermarked version of the artwork for your personal use.
You may:
*Print for personal use(ex. To put on a wall, In a binder, print for a badge..etc)
You may not:
*Print for profit
*Resell the artwork
*Receive profit from selling your character via my artwork(This means if you sell your character you must use another example and may not receive money above what you were paid for my artwork.)
3. Payments
100% of a payment must be made before artwork will be started. This applies for all commissions including sketches, paintings, large pieces.
Payment plans will be considered on a case by case basis and only on commissions above 50$.
3. Image retrieval
Mitsuya will provide two image for direct download or retrieval by the commissioner, if the product is lost or misplaced a request can be made for a second download but there is no guarantee that a high-res copy will be available.
4. My Rights
As the artist I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a commission at anytime for any reason. Refunds will be offered accordingly.
10% or less completion: Full refund - paypal fee
25% completion: 75% refund
50% Completion: 50%
75% Completion or above: No refund.
If a piece is canceled before character details are added I reserve the right to sell the piece as a YCH.
I will not be offering refunds if the termination was caused by any of the following: Harassment, Prior Offenses by my ToS, Missed payment via payment plan.
As the Artist I reserve the right to print, copy or use the piece in my advertising. If you have a specific reason you would prefer your piece to be private please send me a note and this can be arranged.
*My prices are not flat I raise and lower them as I see fit with detail of pieces or characters.
