I AM UNCOMFORTABLE DRAWING
Baby furs
Blowjobs
Chibi/Cute
Clothes
Gay
Hair
Lesbian
Plantigrade Feet
Shoes
This does NOT mean I won't draw them, I just have a lack of experience in these subjects and might need extra time to complete pictures with these subjects involved.
I MIGHT DRAW (depends heavily on mood and current skills)
Very intricate clothing and accessories, extreme hairstyles, vehicles, period or culture clothing, buildings, modern street scenes, soft-core tentacles (no tentacles ever in mouths, sorry), and industrial scenes.
NOTE: These things tend to take more time than average to draw and some may add an additional complexity fee **.
I WILL DRAW
Most anything else adult or clean, especially tribal themed, short comics, story illustration, Warcraft characters (troll, tauren, worgen, and dwarf are my specialties, but I will try pandaren and draenai), Guild Wars' charr. I specialize in both feral and anthro.
If you are unsure, note me and ask.
I reserve the right to draw any picture with the proportions and age range I choose at my discretion. This is my art style and I will retain it regardless of your wishes. If you want something with disproportionate parts, inflation, adult cub art, giant veiny muscles or whatever...choose a different artist.
I also refuse to do things without reference of some sort. If you want me to do a steampunk tiger, for example, and I don’t get a clear reference of both the tiger and the steampunk idea...try again.

Contacting Me
Please contact me about commissions via Notes. Use CLEAR SUBJECT LINES (i.e., Headshot Sketch for <username>) so that I can easily find your information.
If you have further questions or concerns after the initial contact, you can note me or use one of the other methods of contact listed on my user page. Be warned, though: if you spam me or you are disrespectful or extremely difficult and demanding (at my discretion), I WILL block you and cancel your commission, and you will be refunded as per my policy.
Let it be known that I have a bad habit of making pushy commissioners wait longer. The more you pry and question and ask about your commission not yet in progress after I have responded to you once or twice, the lower on the list you go and the longer you'll have to wait to see anything from me. ANY pushy, nagging stress you happen to add to the situation will cause me to think twice about doing your commission. Asking weekly or daily about when I'm starting your commission when I have others to work on first REALLY ticks me off, use the provided journals to check on the status of commissions. If you don't like this, I'm not really that sorry.
When I contact you about your commission (to give an update on a status, ask for input, or to get approvals for completed work) I expect to hear back from you within two weeks. If I do not get a response from you in two weeks, you can expect to be shoved back down the waiting list to the bottom until I am done with my work. I can't sit around waiting for you all month, I have work to do, however if I do not hear back from you within a month, consider your commission forfeit and I will keep the payment.
Payment Policies
All payments must be made via Paypal invoices in USD and are expected up front. The commissioner must pay the Paypal fees! Feel free to use this payment calculator to find out how much!
I WILL SEND AN INVOICE TO THE EMAIL YOU PROVIDE ME IN YOUR COMMISSION NOTE. ALL YOUR INFORMATION SHOULD BE SENT VIA NOTE.
Please have your funds available before contacting me, as you will not be placed into a commission slot until payment is received and I will only hold a slot for you for a month in the 'pending' list. If shipping is required, it will be IN ADDITION to your commission (I will get you a quote, all shipping done from Ontario, Canada), and payment will be required up front with the commission price, on the invoice provided.
Fees
I have certain things I attach additional fees to at my discretion, these are:
**Complexity Fee -
Tough markings - 10% ($2 - $5.50 per character)
Wings (Leathery) - 10% ($2 - $5.50 per character)
Complex Hair, Weapons, Armor, or Clothing - 15% ($3 to $8.25 per character)
Wings (Feathery) - 20% (the devil is in the details) ($4 to $11 per character)
Extreme angles, perspectives, or poses - 25% (if it's going to cause me undue stress to draw, you get to pay extra) ($5 to $13.75 per character)
Taurs - 25% (I'm essentially drawing 1 1/2 people here....) ($5 to $13.75 per character)
Combinations of complex content will have percentages at my discretion (winged taur, etc)
Background Fee -
Backgrounds cost extra and increase in price according to complexity
Plain color/gradient - FREE
Simple Background - 10% (pillows, bed, ocean/beach, field, snow) ($2 to $5.50)
Medium Difficulty Background - 25% (simple furnished room, cave, pine forest, palm trees, single building exterior, dungeon) ($5 to $13.75)
Complex Background - 33% (glowing mushroom cavern, cityscape, concert stage, rave, Christmas trees, leafy forest, waterfalls) ($6.60 to $18.50)
Colored Lineart Fee -
Coloring my lineart takes extra time (a lot of it) and increases in price according to complexity of the overall picture, though it adds a lovely touch.
5% - 10%, higher if there's a background involved
Fee cost is based off of a percent of the base cost and not final cost with extras added in (so a $10 commission with a complex background will cost an extra $3.30 for a total of $13.30).
Speedy Commission Fee - (cutting in line)
3 Week Deadline - $5
2 Week Deadline - $10
1 Week Deadline - $20
Anything under 1 week - $30
Commission fee levied only if I have others in the queue ahead of your piece (this applies almost exclusively to shaded pictures or those who need their commission NOW).
Commission Process
When you commission me, please note me with:
-The type of piece you are wanting (sketch, clean lines, full body, head shot, etc.).
-The character(s) involved and any references you may have (for characters and any objects in the picture, such as jewelry, tattoos, weapons, etc.), but please, don't send a dozen things.
-Anything else you would like to see (outfits, poses, backgrounds, themes, etc.).
-Your Paypal email address so I can send you your Paypal invoice AND so I can send the high resolution file to you upon completion.
If you want the piece shipped to you (in the rare case of traditional art or badges), please also state this in your note, along with your address and any extras you want (insurance, tracking, etc.) so I can get you a quote.
If I accept your commission, I will respond with your final price including Paypal fees (taking into account any add-ons, extras, extreme detail fees, backgrounds, etc. that we have discussed) and your shipping quote (if applicable), along with a request for any information you have left out. If I don’t accept your commission, I will explain why. Normally this would only be if the commission falls outside of what I am willing to draw (see list above) OR some crazy emergency on my part. I do, however, reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
Once I have received payment, I will place you on the waiting list. When it is your turn, I will sketch out what you have asked for and then post it to my Scraps folder or email it with critique for you to look over and respond to with any changes or suggestions, or anything you forgot previously. THIS IS THE ONLY TIME THAT MAJOR EDITS WILL BE ALLOWED. Once the critiqued sketch is approved, I will proceed with your commission. The sketch will be posted only until the final product is complete, and then it will be removed.
The final commission will be uploaded to my commission gallery at a lower quality, with any watermarks or signatures I choose to use. I will email the high resolution files to you without watermarks (if applicable), but my signature will stay. If you have requested shipping, I will send the piece within the week of completion and note you when I have sent it.
Status
I will attempt to keep a list somewhere on my site (profile information, journal, link, etc.) of my current commissions and their status, and my waiting list, if any. I DO NOT guarantee that this list will ALWAYS be completely up to date (and therefore CAN NOT be used as ‘proof’ that I’m under-refunding you as per my policy), but I will do my best. I am by no means a professional artist and commissions can take a while to complete, however I promise I will always keep commissioners updated.
Shipping
I ship traditional art from Ontario, Canada. If you want shipping, you are expected to provide the information I have requested (see above) so that I can provide you a quote IN ADDITION to your commission price. If you do not specify, I will go with the lowest priced shipping. Once your piece is in the mail, it is no longer my responsibility. If you are concerned, please consider asking for insurance, tracking, guaranteed timeframe, etc. Please research your options. If you ask for something and it isn't available, I will let you know with your quote.
Refunds
If a commission is cancelled for any reason by either party, you will be refunded the amount exceeding the price of whatever stage your piece is currently on. For example, if you’ve ordered a full body flat color, and the piece is at the clean lines stage, I will charge you the price for the work as if it were commissioned as clean lines, and refund you the rest. Any extras that have been completed, to whichever stage, will also be included. This means that you may get NO refund at all, if I have already completed it – or a full refund, if I haven’t started. Refunds may take up to a month due to Paypal's policies on Canadian banks. I will send you the piece as it stands, and you can decide what to do with it from there.
Artist Rights
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission for any reason. I also reserve the right to keep the piece as part of my gallery/portfolio, sell prints on InkedFur, or do adjustments for either personal or commercial use. I reserve the right to use the piece in any future examples to other commissioners (such as price lists or in this TOS).
Commissioner Rights
You are allowed to post the piece in your own galleries as long as my signature is visible and credit is given. A link back is appreciated, but not required. Crops of the work are allowed for icons or IDs. You may also use the piece for personal purposes, such as enlarging it for artwork in your home (though I suggest telling me first so I can create the image for this purpose in higher quality); turning it into a decal for your shirt/computer/phone; including it as part or all of a tattoo, etc. This work now belongs to you, however you may NOT use the piece for profit of ANY kind unless these terms are agreed upon beforehand.
These Terms of Service are subject to change without notice at any time. It is your responsibility as a commissioner to read, understand, and keep up with them, though usually a journal post will be made for updates.
