Patreon, Patrons, and Story Exclusivity
Greetings internet.
As I continue to work on my Patreon page and build some form of working foundation to encourage people to become patrons, I've started working on a story series I currently plan to make exclusive to patrons. I'm uploading a preview (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/18995918/) of the first story in that series here shortly for you all to read and decide if you are interested in becoming a patron to get access to the full story when it is posted.
Here is the dilemma I'm struck with, I'm not entirely comfortable with permanent exclusivity for my work, preventing people who aren't patrons from seeing it. On the other hand, having people pay for work that will be posted in other places doesn't sit comfortably with me, either. So I've decided to open it up to feedback once again.
My question to you all is, what do you feel is a fair window of exclusivity that would make you interested in being a patron for my work? Two weeks? A month? Is there another approach to this quandary that I'm not seeing?

1) 1 month delay - you post your work for free 1 month after you post it on pathreon.
2) fullpay delay - you set a price for each your work, after you recieve that price you share the story. For example: assume you make 3 storise:
story 1 - 15$
story 2 - 8$
story 3 - 60$.
You post the story 1. Then you receive from subscribers 10$. you wait
you post the story 2. +12$. Total 22$, you share story 1, 7$ remains
you post the story 3. +17$. Total 24$, youp share story 2, 16$ remains
This would guarantee you get money you plan. But, of course, you have to not overprice your stories.
