Mini ToS
Just a basic ToS to go over what you may, and may not, do with my art. I'll do a more in-depth one at a later date.
By commissioning me you are agreeing to my Terms of Use/Service. If you are not commissioning me, you have no rights to use ANY artwork without my permission (this includes referencing, tracing, colouring, using characters for role playing, etc.).
My artwork may not be drawn, coloured over, or altered in any way.
If you are re-uploading/sharing your commissioned piece, I MUST be credited. My watermark may NOT be cropped out, removed, or altered in any way
My art is not intended for commercial use. If you wish to sell merchandise with my artwork on it, you must come to me first, so we may discuss a deal.
If I have created a character for you, or sold an adopt to you (that I created), the same rule as above apply to all art of that character; no commercial sales without my authorization.
You may, however, sell, trade, or giveaway, any character I have sold to you. While not required, I do ask that you inform me of the new owner, as to avoid accusations of possible theft. They must, also, be informed of my ToS.
If you are selling a character that I have done art of, you are welcome to sell the art with the character; again, I just ask to be informed of the new owner, though not required. You must also inform the new owner of my ToS.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.
If you find my work unsatisfactory in any way, you have 48 hours from the time you received my art to inform me, so we may work something out.
For artistic freedom pieces, I will not change the pose.
If you find any flaws during the sketch phase, I will fix them. If you find minor flaws during the lining phase, I will fix them. Passed that, I will charge an additional fee to fix any issue (unless there's an issue with the colours during the colouring phase, or there's a pattern that was left out during colouring phase, etc. Basically, flaws must be pointed out at each phase, once I move on, there will be a fee to fix issues from the previous phase.).
Constantly changing minor details will result in additional fees.
If there is anything not covered above, I ask that you contact me before doing anything with my art.
My ToS is subject to change at any time, without notice.
