PLEASE WAIT TO PAY UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN INVOICE.
Please DO NOT send money UNTIL you have received an invoice from me.
Money sent to me outside of invoices will NOT be refunded.
1. Payments $150 and under must be paid in full up front. With anything over $150, payment plans are available. Full-sized, un-watermarked, commission will not be sent to Client until entire payment has been made.
2. Displayed prices are subject to change according to complexity of design, size and medium of each piece.
3. Clear and concise visual references or descriptions must be provided by the Client. A preliminary quote will then be provided by the Artist.
4. Clients will have the opportunity to direct alterations of their commissions in the Sketch Stage.
5. Revisions for works under $150 can only be made during the Sketch Stage. Revisions for commissions over $150 cannot be made during the Shading/Final phase, and must be provided timely, clearly, and concisely. The Artist has the right to refuse an edit due to lack of communication and timing, and the Artist has the right to charge an additional fee for additional edits outside of the revision stages.
6. If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during the Sketch Stage, they will be refunded 50% of what they paid.
7. If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during or after the Color Stage, they will not be issued a refund.
8. The Artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, and rude or inappropriate behavior.
9. The Artist retains ALL the rights to commissioned artwork. Image rights can be negotiated for an added fee.
10. The Artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the Artist may delay public showcase at the request of the Client.
11. The Client retains all rights to their respective characters. This does not allow them rights to the commissioned image (see Article 9 and 10). The Artist's signature cannot be removed from the image or moved to a different location unless deemed appropriate by the Artist.
12. The Artist will not handle depiction of illegal activities, certain sexually explicit (x-rated) materials and hateful images. Certain NSFW topics, artistic nudity, violence and gore will be considered. The Artist reserves the right to reject any commission for any reason.
13.The Client may not profit from the artwork beyond the sale of the digital files, or rights to the image.
14. The Client must read, understand, and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.
