Hey! I had messaged them with the same problem and emailed them about it. Waited 4 days with no reply so I sent it again today and finally had a response. So maybe email them using an email not connected to FA so they can switch it over. I mentioned my account and email I couldn't get into AND then mentioned my main account that I DO use. I guess they were able to make a quick connection between the two and it possibly helped.
