Terms of Service, Processes, Refund Policies

This was something I haven't done... but I need to do badly. I will be uploading this to commission prices page eventually as well since I have not had a chance to finalize prices. (Prices usually varied on how long I thought it would take and how detailed it is/characters)
So the nitty gritty since I'm at work.
Prices/TOS ARE subject to change~!!
What I love drawing:
Females, Dragons, monsters, blood, Soft gore, super interesting characters.
What I will draw:
G- XXX, Males, softcore Vore, Gore, Latex, Bondage, Undead, Feral. tentacles. Any species (seriously if its not in my gallery its because I haven't gotten to it yet!) I'm definitely open to experimenting and trying new things.
What I'm iffy on.
4+ characters, Ovi, Feral Porn (I'm just not there yet)
What I will not draw under any circumstance!
Cub Porn, Scat
Be warned - these are not complete lists, if you are unsure please note me. I'm still learning what I'm willing to draw.
Commission Process'
Normal and YCH commissions:
---Send a note with Idea/concept and information of what you're wanting with references. The more details the better it is to actually do the piece without making multiple changes.
---As soon as confirmation from me that I accept the commission I'll ask for your email or give my Paypal email.
YOU MUST SEND PAYMENT AS GOODS AND SERVICES--- this is super important to do as we both can be shut down if you don't. I'm taking the fee so it shouldn't matter to you as the customer.
---Once Payment is received a WIP will sketched. At this point any changes that need to be made will be done. If approved a clean up stage for clean sketches will be done or hard lining for Lined pieces will start.
---One more WIP will be shown for a final approval and than coloring will be started. Once completed and sent, any coloring changes can be made within 7 days of receiving the files.
After the 7 days there will be a charge of $2 per change. If a complex changes than it will be $4-$8.
***If you are commissioning something of you and someone else, I must have proof of their consent or proof that you have had art done together. I do not want to deal with the trouble of having characters used without permission.***
Streaming Rules
I'm usually a really chill and accepted Streamer however there are some things you have to follow.
1. Do not be rude to anyone in the stream. For any reason, this will get you blocked.
2. Don't link anything unless you doublecheck with a Mod or myself.
3. Don't promote other artists, I know you might know an amazing omg artist but unless its not being discussed, don't link them. Its rude.
4. DO NOT BEG FOR ART. PLEASE. This gets annoying and if I'm doing free art there is most likely a post to show off your characters.
5. In line with 4, don't show off your characters in stream, I know you just got xyz character and you think its super awesome, but please don't do this. Unless the conversation leans to this and you ask a mod or myself, don't do it. (It turns into spam issues.)

Cancellations and Refund policies
f you cancel your commission after payment and before completion, I will issue a refund depending on the amount of progress made. If I have not started, I will refund you 100%.
Please make sure to answer any and all questions if I note you, this is to make your piece go faster. If I get a one word response that slows me down and aggravates me. This will in all likely make me cancel the commission FOR you.
Do not commission me if you have bills coming up. If you aren't 100% sure that you can swing that 10 bucks. Don't do it. I know things happen but if you ask for a refund that is effecting my livelihood. If I've started the piece than I will refund a % back to you.
If I have to cancel your commission because of your behavior/actions/ect, If I have no started on your commission, I will issue a 100% refund and black list you.
If a sketch has been made and confirmed, only 80% will be refunded.
*Harrasment (any type) (towards me/clients(on my page/stream/submissions))
*No communication for 6 months (awaiting updates) (refund based on progress)
* Rude behavior towards me
* Going against my TOS
* Character Theft (If found out before starting commission, I will inform the original owner and blacklist you (with a refund). If after I complete the commission, I will inform the original owner and give them the full res copy of the piece you graciously commissioned for them (IE you get no refund) and You're blacklisted.)
Blacklisting
Blacklist is a special list where you have done something pretty bad to get on here and will not be able to commission/trade/purchase/interact with me for specific reasons.
Examples:
You do not make payment on a YCH/commission/Art piece/Auction within a timely manner that is designated (Ie 24/48 hours) - This will be case by case.
Being super difficult as a customer.
Inappropriate behavior (no I don't wanna see yer peen - you will be blocked)
TOS:
By agreeing to commission me, you are agreeing to the following.
1. You will not charge back the price of the commission after the commission has been received.
2. You will not remove my signature/watermark from the picture.
3. You will not alter any part of my picture upon receiving it. If you have an issue with your commission, notify me. I am human and can make mistakes.
4. I have the right to deny any commission for any reason.
5. You may post art that you have purchased with proper credits.
