As the artist I reserve the right:
-To refuse commissions to blacklisted users.
-To refuse commissions to topics including (but not limited to) copyrighted characters, children/cub, underage, rape/non-consent, violence, scat/wetting, gore or MLP
-To terminate a commission if you become hostile or rude without reason. I will warn you if you cross any lines. You will be notified of black list status
-To black list users/commissioners who harass me. You will be notified of this status
-To preform background checks on the use of characters not owned by you.
(Updated) -To invoke blacklist status on users who refuse to communicate post commission review.
As the commissioner you are entitled to:
-post your commissioned story as long as I am credited for my work
-Ask for updates on your commission on a week-by-week basis (once a week) writing is a hobby for me and not a primary source of income. My schedule will occasionally conflict with my ability to write.
-ask for one(1) re-write on a completed commission. However you will be black listed if the original material is found posted on any site.
-Ask for a refund on a commission. However you will be black listed if the refunded material is found posted on any site.

(Updated) Blacklisted user status
-Blacklisted users will not be blocked.
-Blacklisted users are free to make amends and resolve any issue with me to have this status lifted, via Note.
-Blacklisted users are not eligible for raffles/giveaways/or other such events.
-Blacklisted users are not eligible for commissions until status is lifted.
-Blacklisted users are entitled to a formal, public apology via journal pending the resolve of the blacklist statues. As well as a revision of my T.S.O. or other commissioning procedures.
