By commissioning me you agree to any and ALL of these terms of service!
CLEAR Visual references only! (No text references)
(I will decline your request if I feel I can not depict the reference clearly enough)
Works in progress previews are per-request only! and are only in the sketch/ line art stage.
If the work needs edits past the line art stage, there will be extra fees for edits depending on how complicated the edit is.
Paypal / U.S.D currency ONLY.
Invoice will be sent up-front and in full!
(I do not take partial payment unless it is a very very large order)
I do not work until I am paid, I will only hold your slot for 48HRS
I DO NOT REFUND UNLESS:
I have not started your work and see I can not complete/ finish your request, for what ever reason.
If I have started your work and you want a refund you will be charged for what ever stage I am on, and refunded the rest.
I reserve the right to decline any request for what ever reason.
I own my art, not you. I may use the artwork in collages, portfolios, prints etc with proper credit to the owner of the character.
You may use your commissioned work for personal display WITH THE PROPER CREDIT.
You MAY NOT use your commissioned work for commercial use in any way shape or form!
Please do not copy, claim, steal, use, and or edit my work in any way without MY permission!~
