♥ Art Trades Rules:
AT are open to anyone in FA, watching me is not required but it is appreciated!
If you do not own a FA account or It is not 3 months old with at least 3-5 samples of your art, I will not accept the trade (unless I know you from any other site or social media!).
I do not accept multiply accounts, only your main or most used (unless I know who you are).
We have the rights to upload on our sites the arts, giving credit to each others.

* I accept writings and drawings (traditional too if well scanned), SFW and NSFW too.
* I require at least 3 different samples of what you gonna trade me (either writings or drawings).
* I accept English and Italian languages for writings.
* I do not accept writings written in a very bad or too slanged English/ Italian.
* I require a 1000 words writing for one of my cellshaded fullbody works.
* I require the same quality art.
* I require the same type of drawing (If you want a feral in chiby style, we both work on feral chiby; if you want a semirealistic portrait, we both work on it... Unless you're way better than me)
* I do not accept pixel arts (unless very well done).
* I do not accept bases (unless it is an icon or a base I really love).
* I do not accept adoptables anymore ( I have too many Ocs).
* I work on commissions firstly: if I have too many artworks, AT are on holds.
* When both parts accepted the note for trade, We both upload the art in a week when done.
* Do not scam me, I.e. one of these options: you used/traced a base when I did not accept it, you stole arts, you asked someone else to work on it, you do not post the art owned me.
* If you scammed me, I will block you!
* If We have already traded successfully once, You can always ask for a new AT, when open!

♥ Raffles Rules:

* To enter a Raffle, you MUST watch me here, on FA! (I check)
* If you do not own a FA account or It is not 3 months old, I will not accept your entry (unless I know you from any other site or social media!).
* I do not accept multiply accounts, only your main or most used (unless I know who you are).
* I will use random generator to get the winner/winners.
* Depending on how many watchers enter, the raffle can have multiply winners!
* I will work on commissions and ATs firstly, then raffle prizes.
* The prizes will be given around 4-5 weeks after the end of raffle.
* If you won the 1st place of a raffle, you are NOT allowed to participate in the next one!
* You have my rights to upload the won raffle prize on any of your sites, giving credit to me!
*There will be 2different kind of Raffles:
- COMMISSIONER RAFFLE, in which ONLY COMMISSIONERS can enter (1ticket per every 10€spent, +2tickets if patreon)
- WATCHER RAFFLE, in which ONLY WATCHERS can join (new and old watchers are welcome)
* You cannot sell an adoptable made from adopt raffle (unless you have art of it - free arts from me are not considered!)
* You're allowed to gift/trade an adopt won from raffle, giving credit to me!
* If you unwatch me after gaining a free art, I block you!
* Do not complain or do not follow these simple rules and I will block you from gaining free arts (either from streaming or raffles)!

!IMPORTANT!
From now on WHO will unwatch me AFTER gaining ANY KIND OF FREE ART (requests, streaming freebies, raffle prizes, random freebie) WILL BE GET A WARNING BY NOTE!
The Person will have 3days [after the note have been read] to WATCH ME BACK: If NO ANSWERS or NO WATCH BACK, I will BLOCK and BLACKLIST you FOREVER!
The watch back person will NOT enter in any raffle/free art for at least A MONTH!

♥ Streaming & Freebies Rules:
Streaming is open to anyone in FA, watching me is not required but it is appreciated!

* I use either join.me or picarto.tv sites to stream.
* I will always specify if SFW or NSFW streaming (I have rights to kick you from 18+stream If underage).
* You MUST say at least HI on streaming.
* You MUST use FA nickname (unless I know you).
* If you are a Lurker (I.e. coming only to ask a free art/art trade and/or not following the above rules), I've the rights to kick you from streaming.
* I admit polite chatting.
* You cannot ask for a free art, if you do not own a FA account or It is not 3 months old.
* Streaming free art is for WATCHERS ONLY! (I check).
* Freebies are ONLY: SFW FLAT PORTRAIT or NSFW FLAT GENITAL VIEW!
* If you want any other kind of free art from me: join raffles, do AT with me or commission/patreon me A LOT!
* Only a FREEBIE per user every 2 weeks! (Unless you are patreon or a very well known commissioner).
* You have my rights to upload the freebies on any of your sites, giving credit to me!
* If you unwatch me after gaining a free art, I block you!
* Do not complain or do not follow these simple rules and I will block you from gaining free arts (either from streaming or raffles)!

♥ Auction Rules:
Any FA user can enter the auction. Watching is not required but it is appreciated!

* In every auction, you will get:
SB = Starting bid
MI = Minimum Increment
AB = Auto Buy
* The auction will end after 48h or in a particular date written
* You bid ONLY if you have money! NO HOLDS!
* You have 12h to pay the auction (unless you ask me)
* The art will be given in around 3-5 days after the payment
* You CANNOT withdrawn a bid or auto bid EVER!
* You have my rights to upload the freebies on any of your sites, giving credit to me!
* If you unbid and withdraw, I will block you and you will never be able to get into auction ANYMORE!
* Do not complain or do not follow these simple rules and I will block you from gaining free arts (either from streaming or raffles)!
