YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Please keep in mind even though the character is in your ownership it does not mean we are responsible for what you do with it.
You take full responsibility for your own actions and we are not held accountable for them.
We do not condone the use of our characters or creatures for the use of:
-*Child pornography
-Hurting other people visually
*Please be aware that we won't hesitate to take ownership back of the character if it is being used for fap material on child pornography. No refunds*
We will only take ownership back if TOS is broken and if it is an extreme case so please read the whole TOS before buying!.
DO'S AND DON'TS
OWNERSHIP
Once you own an adoptable from us you can do quite a lot with it!
You can:
-Name it whatever you want!
-You can gender bend!
-You can use it in anything LGBT, BDSM, NSFW (Please be aware of the statement above)
-You can change minor details but please come to us for major detail changes.
-Clothing commissions are ok!
-Not all creatures will have commercial uses so please be aware of what our listing will provide you.
-Re-posting of images are fine but please keep our watermark for the original artwork and credit us.
TRADING & SELLING & BUYING
- You are allowed to trade the character for free to another owner as long as you notify us who it's going to (We like to keep track).
- Gifting is perfectly fine!
- We allow reselling but only for the price you got it at. Additional art you have made personally should not be sold with it. However,
if you have commissioned others - you are allowed to sell at a reasonable higher price. Please be aware of that artists TOS when doing so.
(Ask permission to them in other words.)
- Do not sell gift art with the price if you plan to sell either.
- Do not pay others to edit our creatures and art by any means.
- When re-selling please make sure that the watermark is present and credited.
CO-HANDLING
-You are allowed to co-own but keep in mind we will not handle anything involving the creature if ownership gets out of hand.
We will only be listing the original buyer or the traded individual.
COMMERCIAL USE
Some creatures will come with a commercial use feature with this we have some rules we would like all to follow when using this feature.
- You must always keep credit somewhere in your project of the characters origin.
- There is no royalty fees and you are allowed to use the character freely.
- You are not allowed to use it for anything involving child pornography. (We will strip you of ownership.)
- You are not allowed to use it for commercial use if we don't state it with your order.
Commercial use can be bought after buying the character. AB will lessen the amount you have to pay.
REFUNDS
All transactions are final.
You can inquire for a refund but we have the right to decline or accept depending on situation at hand.
Failure on giving you what you paid for will result in a full refund.
OTHER
Be aware that we reserve the right to post anything you've bought for advertisement.
We will never re-sell a design you have bought!!
SPECIES INFO
DO'S AND DON'TS
- You cannot breed any of the characters or creatures you own regardless of your ownership.
We may, however, hold events where you buy slots for breeding.
- You are not allowed to use the species to make your own/ resell / or make profit off of.
- We own all rights to the species.
PRIVACY
All personal information involving your email, address, paypal ect. will not be shared, given out, recorded, or used for anything
other than the transaction. Everything is kept confidential.
