REFUNDS
○ I will not give a refund if you are unsatisfied with the finished product (custom) . If you are unsatisfied with the piece, I am willing to discuss and make edits to the work. I will not re-do the drawing entirely.
BUYING AN ADOPTABLE
○ I do not do holds longer than 48 hours, meaning your payment has to be sent after 48 hours after claiming the adoptable.
○ Do not offer what you cannot afford. If you retract your bid or can't pay, you will be put on the blacklist.
○ I will not do refunds. Only partecipate if you're 100% sure that you want my art and are able to afford it.
PAYMENT
○ As a way of payment, I accept:
- PayPal
○ As a way of payment, I do NOT accept:
- Art
- Characters
USING THE DESIGN
○ You may not use the design unless you buy it.
○ Please credit me for the design!
○ After buying, you have full rights on the character, which means you may:
- tweak minor details about the design (change some little pattern, add accessories..)
- use it as your character/fursona/mascot
- use it outside fA
- use it for shirts, fursuit and any kind of merchandising
- drawing it (nsfw drawings included)
- roleplay with it
- Reselling it
○ You only have to credit me for the design on the first picture you draw of them, and/or if someone asks who designed the character. Don't forget to send me a link, I'd love to see your work! (or work of others)
○ You are allowed make similiar designs, siblings or breeding with my designs
○ After buying you may not:
- claim the design as yours
USING THE ADOPTABLE PICTURE
○ You are allowed to use it/upload it on your deviantart/other social media if you:
- credit me and put a link to my fA (especially when using other sites that fA)
- notify me when using it
RESELLING & GIFTING/TRADING
○ You can sell your character, in any price
○ You may gift/trade the adopt
○ If I buy a design back from you I have all the rights to resell it again━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━•*★*•━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
