Hi there! If you're here that probably means you're interested in my closed species; Plush Babies! With a closed species comes some rules so please read through the rules thoroughly before adopting!
This group was created as a space for everyone to share their love for Plush Babies! Please be kind to other group members or you may be black listed from the group!
SPECIES RULES AND TOS
✿ Please read teaparties's adoptable TOS at the bottom of this journal!
✿ Plush Babies are a CLOSED species created by teaparties This means that you may NOT create your own plush baby!
You may obtain a plush baby by purchasing a blind box adoptable when available, a custom when available, or buying and trading for second hand plush babies!
✿ YOU DO NOT OWN THE RIGHTS! You own the character but not full rights to the design, character, or species!
I retain all rights and can use the design in merchandise, web comics, designs, etc where I see fit.
✿ Any changes you'd like to make to your plush baby should be approved by teaparties first!
Plush Babies have very specific traits and species rules to stay within!
✿ You may commission art of your plush baby from any artist, and artists can offer commissions and YCH's specifically for plush babies but you MAY NOT create or design plush babies!!
✿ Physical representations may be created (kigurumi, plushies, etc) with direct permission from teaparties first!!.
You may only create physical items on commission of an official plush baby design or for personal use only!
(Mass produced items are not okay. Stickers, buttons, etc may not be produced to sell at conventions or other shops for example)
✿ NO NSFW OR SUGGESTIVE ART! Plush Babies are not a sexual species. Please DO NOT draw artwork of them engaging in such activity.
✿ NOT AN ANTHRO SPECIES! Please do not draw Plush Babies more humanoid than they already are!
Plush Puppies (companion to Plush Babies) are feral and should only be drawn as such!
Other representations of Plush Babies (as other species , etc ) is okay in a comical form.
✿ NO CO-OWNING. There is no co-owning allowed for Plush Babies or Plush Puppies.
✿ NO SCALPING! Plush Babies cannot be sold or traded for more than their original box value.

✿ THERE IS A THREE DAY COOLDOWN PERIOD WHEN YOU RECEIVE A PLUSH BABY!
You must keep your plush baby for THREE days before selling or trading! They should not be bought for trading fodder.
✿ THERE IS A COOLDOWN FOR PURCHASING BOXES OR AUCTIONS!
If you purchase a box (for example) in series 25, you cannot purchase a box in series 26, but will be able to purchase one from series 27.
This includes claiming for a friend. This is also the case for auctions.
If you just got a box from a recent box release you can still bid on an auction. But then you will have a cooldown for both one box release and one auction.

If you do not follow these rules you will receive a warning. If you continue to not follow these rules you will be black listed.
All Black Listed members may not purchase any new boxes or customs. Active members in the community are highly discouraged from selling or trading to Black Listed members.
