TERMS OF PAYMENT/REFUND
Payment must always be in USD through PayPal's invoicing system.
A commission can always be refunded at any time, But if I have started the commission, your refund will be subtracted off from what I have already shown you & worked on (ex. if I have the line art done, then it will be subtracted off of your refund).
Adoptables/Customs are non-refundable.
ARTIST
By buying my art you’re purchasing my labor and only a partial right to a design/art piece. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion.
I claim all rights to the Intellectual Property, but I will not reuse/resell the design again for personal and commercial projects without permission.
I reserve the right to reject your custom proposal without question.
I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected/refunded designs to be sold at a later date.
TERMS OF USE, YOU MAY/DO NOT:
You may use this art for personal use ONLY.
You may repost watermarked art, you MUST give credit with a link back to my FurAffinity page (it is a courtesy to notify me of reuploads but not necessary.)
Do NOT use my commissioned art to resell on other characters as profit.
Do not use this work for any other commercial use (books, comics, any sort of illustration) without the artist's permission.
You may not recreate my intellectual property as it is copyrighted and protected by law.
By purchasing one of my designs you are purchasing limited rights to a specific character design
After purchase, the design is still the creator's intellectual property. The artist (myself) retains partial rights to the adoptable.
You may only use your adoptable for personal use. You may not use your design for commercial purposes without permission.
Under no circumstances may you alter the original artwork created by me without permission.
OTHER:
Artwork will be started as soon as the artist is paid and references/art plan is completely set
Prices will go according to the commission price list (prices to change without notice, already paid commissions will not be affected and will be grandfathered in.)
Commission time is circumstantial based on the business of the artist.
The commissioner is allowed to give the artist a deadline that fits their schedule, but be sure to know that it may be a day early or a day or two late (it all depends on my work schedule)

Certain kinks, NSFW art (this is extremely experimental and I reserve the right to refuse any NSFW requests.)

Anything mechanical (simplistic versions are ok - if unsure just ask)
Anything offensive

By purchasing a particular design of any of the intellectual property I own, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read this entirely and carefully. I will deny your request if I see you didn’t read this. If there are any questions or concerns, please not me accordingly!

Co-owning is an AT RISK practice, I do not recognize any co-owning but I will not stop you. If problems arise from co-owning I will not interfere or resolve them.
Do not make a species out of the design I make you (unless with permission from me or otherwise specified)
You have the possibility to change the overall design as long as you confirm it through me.
