Commissions are done month-to-month, loosely in order typically with smaller/less intricate pieces having faster turnaround rate.
Average wait time for complete product is 4-8 weeks from payment.
However, due to being a busy student/working 35 hours a week, there may be slight delays in progress. Any delays or setbacks I will notify commissioners of.

PAYMENT: I accept Paypal and Square. For Paypal, I typically send a custom invoice to commissioner. I expect payment up-front. Any invoices not paid within 72 hours will be cancelled unless you discuss it with me beforehand (such as if you are getting paid/money transfer a certain day, etc).

TOS: I can make minor edits to a piece if it is unsatisfactory, however I cannot re-do the entire piece if it is completed or issue a refund. Refunds can only be issued if the piece is less than 25% complete. For traditional pieces, if there is any damages due to my error (botched lamination on a badge, etc) I will refund the commissioner or make them a new piece. However I am not responsible for lost/damaged items due to the fault of the post office.
