So I hear you're a [BLANK] who likes [BLANK]

Believe it or not, sometimes that little "gender" listing in your profile just isn't enough to let people know that you're a guy, a girl, or a real hermaphrodite or transvestite.
It also might not always be clear if you're straight, gay, lesbian, or bisexual.
Well as it turns out, someone took the time and effort to make some groups with icons that you can post on your profile to make ABSOLUTELY CLEAR who you are in real life.
Here are the ones based on gender:
Male_Furry
female_furry
tran_furry
***NOTE: Hermaphrodites are NOT Transexuals. The difference is that Hermaphrodites are BORN with two sets of chromosomes, both male and female, resulting in physical conditions that can range from girls having male genitals to guys having female genitals. Transexuals, however, are those who have opted for surgery to change their own gender. So far, a group for Hermaphrodites has not yet been made (at least to my knowledge). If one does exist, or you've made one, then please let me know.***
Second, are you a gay male looking to meet and chat with other gay males? Are you straight and don't want other guys hitting on you? Are you a lesbian looking to meet other lesbians? Or are you someone who swings both ways?
With these icons, you can show your pride loud and proud, no matter which way you swing. A lot easier to recognize as opposed that teeny tiny little lettering that says what you are.
Straight_Furries
gay_furry
lesbian_furry
Bi_furry
pansexualfurry
asexual_furry
Remember, just because you have characters that are straight/gay/lesbian/bi doesn't mean you are. Same goes if you draw hot chicks, and people mistake your gender. Sometimes, it helps to know the artist behind the creation without blending the two together.
THAT is why these groups were created. These groups are not meant to discriminate, isolate, or violate any genders or sexual orientations. These are social groups that help artists identify themselves and become places where people can meet and speak freely.
Lastly, a group that I was recently made aware of that fits here is for those that have tied the knot in real life.
Married_Furries
Mates, partners in life, lovers, happy couples, etc. If you have a little ring wrapped around your finger, (or at least wear it when going out for something special), then show the world that you are spoken for, and spread the joy.
Also, while gay marriage laws may still be an issue around the country and are a heated topic, I feel that we as a community are open enough to allow gay and lesbian couples who have had ceremonies to announce their love or been able to get married in a state where it has been legalized to host this icon on their profile.
I highly encourage people to put the badges that fit you best in your profiles so people can know who you are. Behind the character or under the fursuit; these will help people know who you are.

I still need to add the gay one to my profile XP *does so*
although dispite the above paragraph i will place icons on my profile anyway. xD
According to the group time stamps, your group came first, but unfortunately it seems the other one has picked up more steam so far.
If you'd like, I can list yours as an alternate group.

Saves me the hassle really.
I'm learning something new all the time around here.
I appreciate the info. Thank you.

P.S. Never been referred to as Llama before. Neat, but by all means, feel free to call me "Otaku".

Good example of someone who is VERY Pansexual is Capt. Jack Harkness from the Doctor Who universe, particularly Torchwood.
~Otaku-Man
This does NOT include bestiality as that's just wrong.
As for a more realistic approach, pansexual would mean that someone would be into more than just guys and girls (bi), but also hermaphrodites and transgenders. Thus covering the entire gambit of possible sexualities and genders that human beings can possess.

Took me a minute since at first I thought it had to do with asexual reproduction.

P.S. And at last check, I'm not aware of any amoeba furs.

Fixing that now.
