By ordering a commission you automatically confirm to be at least 18 years old* and accept and agree to the following terms and conditions.
*I do not work with minors. Minors caught lying about their age will have proper actions taken.

1 - Serious Buyers/Commissions Only Please.
If ordering a commission, payment and details must be sent within 72 hours (three days) of agreement, otherwise the commission will be canceled. (Please be specific about WHAT you want and HOW you want it, it saves time for both of us.)

If you find yourself in the need to back out of the commission BEFORE payment has been made, please politely say it. If you vanish without saying a word, I will NOT do business with you again.


2 - Payment is always upfront through PayPal invoice, no exceptions.
No work will be started until payment in full has been received.

Prices are NOT negotiable unless I state otherwise. Attempting on haggling will result in your order being automatically declined.


3 - All sales are final.
Refunds will ONLY be issued under exceptional circumstances and always at my own discretion.

Additionally, in the case a chargeback is issued, the customer will be automatically blacklisted and actions will be taken.

4 - Completed commissions will be delivered to the email address provided by the customer for previous invoicing.


5 - If the customer becomes unreasonable, rude, over demanding, or harassing at any time during the commission, I will cancel said commission (while in the process of doing it), blacklist from doing business with me again and a partial or full refund will be given unless the work has already been completed.

Breaking any points listed in this ToS will also result in being blacklisted.


6 - I reserve the right to refuse a commission for ANY reason.


7 - While working on a commission, any changes, and-ons or edits that were not discussed in the beginning will be charged at an extra fee.
(Same applies if, for example, the sketch is being worked on/sent for approval but the customer suddenly changes their mind and wants to request some major changes or something completely different from the original request.)

Any mistakes made by me, the artist, will be corrected free of charge.
Mistakes made by the customer such as, but not limited to: miscommunication, unclear/incomplete references, etc. that result in an erroneous final product will be corrected for a fee.

8 - If you'd like to add one of my characters to your commission, you must pay the half price for an extra character. Extra characters are extra time and work, even if they belong to me.
DISCLAIMER: I will NOT take any responsibility or get involved in any possible disagreements between the customer and third parties in regards of the commission request.


9 - I retain the copyright to the art even if it contains your characters/Fan art characters. PLEASE! Ask me before using it for anything besides it's intended purpose of viewing leisure.

Customers retain the right to print, use, repost, etc. their purchased art anywhere as long as proper credit is given. For personal, non comercial use only.


10 - I do NOT accept private commissions and I reserve the right to upload them or not to my galleries at my own discretion.
I'll keep the customer anonymity on the credits upon request.


11 - Do NOT alter / edit my art without MY explicit permission.
Yo are NEVER allowed to edit or remove my signature.


12 - I will NOT, under any circumstances, accept any kind of deadlines nor rush the work. Rushing would result in poor quality artwork. *_{See also disclaimer below.}


DISCLAIMER. I am a slow artist that works on art on spare time. Please keep that in mind before placing an order; although I'll always try my best to provide updates and deliver in a timely manner.
Please be patient, some pieces of art may take me longer than others.
