1) I reserve the right to accept or decline a commission at my leisure
2) I live and breathe AEST (+1000), so please keep that in mind when waiting for a reply to a note
3) If your commission is accepted, I will get all the necessary information from you, then send an invoice. Payment must be made in full before the commission will be delivered.
4) Refusals to pay will put you on a permanent black list.
5) If, for whatever reason, a refund is required, I will pause where I’m at and refund an amount based on the current word count. The more I’ve already done, the less you will receive back. Unlike art, I cannot just rewrite a story to try to recoup losses, since at its core, it will still be the same story.
6) It is preferable to have a visual reference of the characters being written about, as well as a general idea of the storyline you’d like. I can work of a written reference too, but visual is the easiest for me to work with.
7) I aim for a one week turn around with most standard stories, but please keep in mind that I have severe chronic health issues. While I will endeavour to have your commission done as soon as I can, my health problems may force me to delay your work.
8) I am pretty lenient with what I’m comfortable writing, but there are a few things that I will not touch due to legality or personal feelings towards the matter:
• Minors in sexual situations
• Drug use
• Cheating/cuckolding
• Hyper anything
• Obese or fat characters, where the focus on the story is the obesity
• Scat, or any story that involves it in some way
This list is not exhaustive. If you propose something that I am uncomfortable with writing, I will let you know and suggest you change the item. If you are pushy and insist that I write it regardless, I will drop your commission.
