Any commission options which are on bases will credit the artist who made them! You can see the artist who did the base on each submission including YCH advertisements. I always link to their account even if the artist does not require it, and you can find the bases their with the rules listed for each submission.
The commissioner is always allowed to repost their art but they must credit the artist(s) who created any bases or lineart every time! This is to ensure that the artist does not get angry about not being credited - remember the golden rule, because we want them to keep creating bases for people to color!
If I made lineart edits you do not need to credit me for those, I simply include that information so other people know that any stylistic errors in lineart quality (I work with a mouse and use multiple digital art programs from Paint to GIMP to SAI) were my fault and the original designer released a perfectly made product.

WANT SOMETHING EDITED ON DIGITAL ART?
I save .PSD or .SAI files for one week (time limit because of data storage available). During that one week, you can get an alteration for free if there is a problem with the art you commissioned me for. After the time runs out, I will only have the flattened image, so beyond 7 days there may be a charge for editing the image.
