TERMS OF SERVICES
Payment
- Payment is due up-front before any work has begun. (unless payment plan agreed)
- PAYPAL ONLY.
- Please have the payment ready within 24 hours of us agreeing over the commission. If payment is not provided promptly, your slot may be given up to another at my discretion.(Unless agreed differently)
- I do accept payment plans over 100$. Mention this option through your note if you would like to work that way.
- If You Fail to Pay for work Or only pay for Half then You Wont Receive art or You will received a value of art you did pay for.
Refunds
- I reserve the right to make a refund if your behavior is deemed rude, offending, or overall unacceptable.
- In the case that I cannot start your commission or that you decide to cancel it before any work was begun, you will receive a full refund.
- Once the artwork is finished, it automatically becomes non-refundable.
- In the case of a cancellation on my part due to personal matters or in the case of a cancellation on your part or due to commissioner conduct, you will receive a refund in full if no work has begun. If any work has been done, you will receive a partial refund, minus the amount for the work done.
Rules and Agreements: By reading these rules, you agree to...
- Provide me visual reference sheet(s) or textual descriptions with all the information I will need to fulfill the commission.
- Do not crop/edit-out/remove/alter my signature/logo/watermark in ANY way!
- Understand my refund rules.
- Your image will take some time depending on the complexity of it!
- Have good communication skills with me (No vague descriptions, if so liberties will be taken.) Also, try to keep up with notes as I may have questions as I do the artwork.
- Look through my gallery first before commissioning me. You should know how/what I draw before assuming.
FAQ
"Do you make NSFW art?"
I am strictly a SFW artist. I do not mind drawing/painting suggestive poses or skimpy outfits, but I will not go all the way, or display any fetishes! If you are unsure that your commission fits this description, mention it to me through the note so that I can let you know if I'm comfortable or not doing it.
"Can I repost your art in my gallery?"
Yes, you can, but only as long as you credit me and put a link to my profile. Do not remove my signature!
"Can I use your artwork for multiple purposes?"
Yes you can, but so long as it's personal use only and that you do not make profit from it.
"Why can't I see my commission in your gallery?"
I may decide that it does not fit the general aesthetic of my gallery or I may simply feel uncomfortable to post it there.
"Do I own copyright on your artwork once the commission is done?"
Not unless agreed otherwise. Even though I do not own the character portrayed in it, it is my right to reproduce, post, copy, etc. for promotion.
An addition in price applies if you wish to get full ownership of the piece. In this case, credit is still due and the erasure of my signature is prohibited.
