TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning, me, Teeka.The.Orca, (the artist), you agree to acknowledge the following the following Terms of service. If you choose to not abide by these rules, or you decided to TLDR, I will simply refuse to work with you.
1) Please look at my profile page for current commission status. I will be able to give quotes while they are closed, but I will be unable to take work at the time.
2) Send information about what you want, be precise. If things aren’t correct on your current ref sheet, that’s fine, but please SPECIFY what needs to be changed. Please be as specific as you can, if you give me artistic freedom this is what you will get. Please be specific and help me help you!
3) Even if my commission status is Open, I may decline work. (example: too busy at school, work load, etc.)
4) Once I accept, I will quote you for the work
5) Once we both agree on the price and terms, I will then send you a Paypal invoice and you will send your payment accordingly. For bigger, pricier commissions, we may be able to work out a payment plan.
6) I will work on your commission only after payment is received. (Unless we agreed otherwise.)
7) I will send WIP of your commission at several steps of the work for approval and will do reasonable changes according to your feedback if needed. Big changes from what was initially discussed will be at extra cost to you.
8) I will send you a High Resolution file (for personal use) and a Low Resolution file of your commission to be used if you wish to reupload it. If it is a traditional commission I will mail the original to you if you covered the shipping fees.
WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW
1) Extreme gore, I am just not that great at drawing it
2) Underage characters in adult situations
3) anything I judge too intense or that I don't feel able to draw (I'm pretty open to draw most stuff, but sometimes it gets a bit much for me, just ask and I might be able to!)
DISCLAIMERS
1) I am a university student, I am a busy girl! I will try to get your art out as fast as possible, but please understand that school comes first for me. There are times where I have more time to draw, but other times such as midterms are hectic for me. I will, however,
make sure to update and notify you if there are going to be delays.
2) Major changes ONLY occur during the sketching phase, I will do minor fixes if reasonable, if you want me to redo the whole thing over, there will be extra fees. There won't be any major fixes to the pose (since you approved the sketch it is too late to
change it now.) I give plenty of approval steps, so this should not be a problem :)
3) You can contact me at any time to change details about your commission before I have started to work on it, please check status of your commission on my profile page!
4) Copyrights : If you commission me of your character or someone else's character, that character SOLELY BELONGS TO THEIR OWNER, you do NOT own the ART itself, you only have permission to use it for your PERSONAL need, any reselling of the art is NOT
permitted (These includes the sale of a character!). I, Teeka The Orca, own the rights to the piece unless you have a contract with me and that I sold you these rights. These rights include me reposting, making and selling prints of the image or distributing in
ANY way, whilst giving credit to the owner of the character.
REFUNDS!!!! VERY IMPORTANT!!!!
IF YOU CANCEL BEFORE I'VE STARTED : and only if I haven't started will refund 100% of your money
ROUGH SKETCH PHASE : I will refund 75% of your money
DETAILED SKETCH PHASE : I will refund only 50% of your money
INK PHASE : I'll refund 25% of your money
COLOR PHASE : At this point refunds are not feasible, since the piece is almost done.
Thank you for doing business with me, I hope we can make great things together!
