Hello everyone! Since my commissions are now open, I figured I would get my Terms of Service together to minimize issues and better our communication! If you have any questions, feel free to contact me via Telegram!
By commissioning me, you have read and accepted my Terms of Service!
Misc. Info about Me: I'm a college student, I will more than likely be unable to work on your commissions Mondays and Wednesday, from 9am-5pm. I take care of my grandfather during the week as well, which depending on his health can slow commissions down. Not to throw a pity party or anything, but I currently am unable to work due to my grandfather. Long story short, I had to leave my last job due to my family needing me to take care of him.
Also! I am EST based.
Do's and Don'ts/Rules: I am willing to draw most things, both NSFW/SFW. Please note that if I'm commissioned to depict various fetishes, it does NOT mean I am into said things.
I will NOT draw scat.
If you request NSFW art, I will like some sort of proof that you are 18+, (17+ more just mature stuff, tasteful nudity, etc)
Listing Info: I will post on here and twitter when my commissions are open and I will also keep a "Journal" page for commission listings, and if able to be applied, current status. When I post said announcements that my slots are open, please send your ref(s) and I will inform you if you've been selected! We will then continue to communicate via Telegram or Twitter!
NSFW art will potentially cost more, but that will be discussed on the announcement post. If no clear marking up of price for NSFW is posted, then the price remains the same.
Payment + Misc. Info Regarding Money: I am currently only accepting Paypal. When you send your payment, please include your FA username with it so I know you're all set!
If I have accepted you and you have failed to send payment within 5 days, not only will your commission not be started, but you will also be blacklisted. If something comes up and you can't pay, I know life happens, just please message me if something comes up. Communication is key!
Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, if I have not started your sketch, you will receive a full refund. However, once I've started and you need to cancel, I will refund you a mutually accepted amount based on how much is done.
Personal Rights I have the right to accept/decline.
- I will not draw in someone else's style.
- Please do NOT edit my work once it's been sent without talking to me first.
- Please do NOT pester me with messages regarding your commission. To put it bluntly, just don't message me every 3 hours in relation to your commission. It just makes me feel like I'm being rushed and I don't want to mess up!
Timing: I will get your art to you as soon as I can. I am taking some classes, but I doubt I will take more than 14 days from when payment is received.
Commissions where you give me a deadline (ex.. I open my commissions and you post a ref, saying you need it done in the next 48 hours) will cost extra, depending on the deadline given. I don't work well under stress but if I am able to make ends meet for you lovies, I will do so.
