Clients must understand and agree to the terms and services. No Exceptions.

PAYMENTS/REFUNDS
▸PayPal USD only
▸Payment must be sent before I start a commission
▸Commissions are worked in-order of when payment is received
▸I don't accept donations as a Method of Payment (or bribe)
▸I’ll send invoices out after accepting your commission. Anything received outside of invoices will be considered a gift, tip or donation.
▸ I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. If at some point in time I do not feel like I can do your commission justice I will issue a refund. Please do not take offense, I’d rather not provide a sub-par piece to my commissioner and walk away with their money. Yes, you will get 100% refund.
▸I will not hand out the sai./psd. Files I apologize but you will get a full HD emailed piece.
▸For Commercial use, you must pay a 50% fee in addition to the artwork being requested. example: Full Body Simple Shade $80 + $40 commercial fee = $120 total
▸ After the sketch is approved; only 50% of the commission can be refunded. If the commission has been lined it's nonrefundable.
▸ Refunds are only allowed for Chibi’s. Lined work and up. I do not accept refunds for Sketched Commissions.
▸Full Refunds are only issued before the sketches have been sent out for approval. Sketch commissions are 100% nonrefundable since they do not have an approval timeframe.
▸ Knowing payments are sent via PayPal as well as people can force refunds. If you cancel payment without telling/speaking with me about it you terminate any future services with me. I will also get the payment reversed if the work has been processed already. You also no longer have rights to the images due it it not being paid for. I hold all rights to reuse/edit the image however I please. I will not use your character design specifically, because I have respect for someone else’s creation but the pose will be repurposed.
EDITS AND CHANGES
▸Major changes after the client approves the sketch will result in a $30 USD change fee
▸You may suggest changes before you approve the sketch but bare in mind, I will only redo the sketch completely once before you have to approve the piece. I am quite fair in wanting the commissioner content with what they commission, so I will always offer to stream the piece so changes/suggestions can be done in real time.
▸I do not send out approve sketch for Sketch commissions. You agree to trusting me the artist to deliver the sketch appropriate.
▸ You MAY NOT edit or trace the commissioned piece or contact another artist to do so.
TO THE CLIENT
▸You may repost your commission as long as a proper credit is given. You may also use the piece for avatars or banners. But you cannot repost the full HD image without my signature and link back to my page or submission.
▸You may not commission nsfw pieces of others characters WITHOUT the original owner’s consent.
▸You may not create copies, prints or other merchandise with the intent to sell or profit. All merchandise created for the client should be personal use only.
▸Emotes and Badges are for personal use only on twitch or discord (non-commercial use)
▸PLEASE LET ME KNOW BEFOREHAND if you want your commission to remain private. I have no issues with retaining your privacy.
▸You have the right to file DMCA report of images reposted without your consent or my own.
▸If confused about some of my “do’s” and “don’ts” feel free to ask me about it!
TO THE ARTIST
▸I own all copyrights of the commission. I reserve the right to use images as examples for sales and self-promotion.
▸I have up to a month to complete your commission starting from the date payment was received in full. This does not include unseen events (ex: Hospitalization, Hurricanes/Power Outages etc) Of course I will keep all commissioners informed of my situation via twitter posts!
▸I reserve the right to refuse a commission under any circumstances.
