✖️MUST MARK ALL TRANSACTIONS AS NOT NEEDING SHIPPING INFO AS I DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING, ITS ALL DEALT WITH DIGITALLY. BY NOT DOING THIS YOU FORCE PAYPAL TO HOLD THE FUNDS FOR 21 DAYS, I WILL NOT START ON A PIECE UNLESS THE MONEY IS IN MY BANK SO NEEDLESS WITHDRAWLS AFTER RECEIVING ART CANNOT HAPPEN. I WILL GLADLY EXPLAIN TO YOU HOW TO DO SO. YOU SIMPLY CLICK ON OUR TRANSACTION THAT SHOWS THE PAYMENT, CLICK EDIT/ADD SHIPPING THEN MARK IT AS “No shipping information required” OR “Order processed” AND SAVE IT. IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS YOU WILL WAIT THE 21 DAYS BEFORE I START ON YOUR PIECE. THIS HAS BECOME FRUSTRATING FOR ME AS I NEVER SHIP ANYTHING YET AM MADE TO WAIT AS IF I WAS. •Know that this is my ONLY source of income. I am a full-time artist.
•Any refunds issued will be paid through other commissions, remember that. Meaning I cannot just up and instantly refund you, I have to make the money again. However, if you go through PayPal, if it’s less than 160 days since you paid you can force a refund through the website that will guarantee your money back and simply put my PayPal account in the negative. However best you feel comfortable receiving your money back is how we will go!
•USD payments through Paypal/Facebook/Snailmail (you mail me the money in a envelope) only. If payments are sent through PayPal, you MUST send it as Goods and Services and click/note THAT YOU WILL NOT BE RECEIVING AN ITEM IN THE MAIL. I will NOT start on your piece if you will not check a small box saying no shipping/tracking info, by not doing this you make me wait 21 days to receive those funds because PayPal thinks I am sending you something in the mail and is trying to give it time to reach you, which is not the case. I send all my digital artwork digitally, mainly through email. I cannot wait 21 days for funds when your piece would be finished before then as this is my only source of income, I will happily tell you how to do so or even do so from my own end as long as you are willing to check your PayPal and agree that you are not receiving anything in the mail! However, if you are okay with me waiting until the funds are off of hold (21 days later), I will start on your piece the second the funds are available!
•Ask for my PayPal email and any other personal information that you’d like to know, so long as it’s reasonable for the situation.
•Payments are taken UPFRONT! No exceptions. I understand some people aren’t comfortable with this and if that is the case, plenty of artists do it differently!
•Absolutely NO full refunds after you've approved the sketch. NONE. (You could approve the sketch, have me line-art it etc then back out and run off with a full sketch/line-art from me. Nope.) If something severe comes up you may receive half a refund, like an extremely long waiting period such as 60 days+ (2 months), if you’ve already been given and approved the sketch. If you have not received a sketch or approved it you are 100% able to get a full refund ASAP, or simply change your original commission request!
•I have been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, Depression and Panic Attack Disorder for a little over a year and anyone who notes/tells me that they’ve read this link (https://www.nimh.nih.gov/health/publications/bipolar-disorder/index.shtml) fully and are aware of the disorder (BP) will get an additional full body sketch along with their commission order, any character, etc! (This also means that you cannot request a refund due to mental health issues that come up with me unless you have waited over 90 days seeing as my most common issue I have that my mental health causes is that the art is delayed due to depression or loss of interest or I don’t respond quickly due to anxiety/dissociation, as PayPal’s return policy is 180 days which still ensures you a proper refund through them if things do happen to take a turn for the worse! My goal is to overcome these obstacles with my art and to go back to school for Art later this year in 2019 or 2020, so please bare with me as I try to tackle these nagging symptoms in a healthy, long lasting way. The understanding and patience I come across from you guys makes me want to try even harder, however I will never be ill/mad with you for wanting a refund if you’ve been made to wait long. Please do not feel bad or guilty for requesting a refund in the correct manner. I cannot be upset with you for wanting your money back for Art you haven’t received, so please always be honest with me with how you feel! But anyone with mental illness can tell you change is easier said than done. PLEASE NOTE I WILL APOLOGIZE ONLY ONCE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCES INVOLVING MY MENTAL HEALTH, AFTER THAT I WILL ONLY THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE. This isn’t me being rude or me shaming you, this is me not being ashamed of issues that are out of my control, constantly apologizing about it would put me in a toxic mindset altogether and only further any depression related to the disorder itself.) I urge you to read this little article so that you can better understand me and any possible mishaps that happen during your time of commissioning me. Some may consider this attention seeking or as an excuse, but I want it to be out there and known that I am Bipolar because it explains over half of my behaviors on a regular basis and truly is a valid excuse at times when it comes to my productivity levels. If the government can acknowledge that I am unable to work under certain conditions, I hope you can too! You commission me knowing and accepting that there could always be a chance that I become depressed and your artwork is pushed back. Please understand I cannot help these scenarios nor predict them and they are often months and months apart from one another, but they can last for up to 2 months. This is why art is my only source of income as I cannot work a normal job consecutively at the moment. You will ALWAYS receive your art or a refund, this is my dream career (webcomic artist/character designer, actually!) and I cannot risk scamming people for the future of my business/name in the art community!
•I take multiple commissions at once on a weekly basis, 5-10 slots per week, possibly 2 weeks depending on the details. These pieces are guaranteed to be done before/on that weeks/second weeks Sunday. After completing your sketch and seeing your characters I can give you an estimated finish date on your piece. (Commissions are worked on Monday-Friday mainly, I like to have weekends off unless I am requested to work on those days or unless I am behind/really want to draw! Payments for these commissions must be made on that Monday or before that Monday to save a slot at the cheaper price, meaning if you pay on a Friday, your queue and art will not be started until that following Monday, however by paying the discounted price you’ve easily saved $20 at least.) Meaning at MAX I will spend 7 days on your simple piece and at max 14 days on your detailed piece. Any longer and I will have explanations to give you and hopefully we can work through whatever is making me take longer than normal!
•When your pieces are started I DO provide WIPs and updates, AS I MAKE THEM. Do not ask for an update everyday. (This seriously gives me anxiety. It almost makes me defensive to be messaged about the art every day, it can come across as rushing/aggression and I will NOT put up with that. Please do not spam me unless I haven’t been responding, in serious scenarios I will give my phone number/email so I can be emailed or texted/called to be reached. Never believe I am ignoring you on purpose or scamming you, sometimes I am a bit forgetful so a message every 2 days is fine! Do not demand constant updates, you are not entitled to one, I’m choosing to let you see the progress of the art piece you already paid for so if things need to be changed it’ll be easier, not because it’s what you want. I don’t work on every single piece every single day and make noticeable differences. You aren’t owed a WIP constantly, you get about 3 automatically, really. Sketch WIP, line-art WIP and flat color WIP, then no more WIPs until the piece is finished unless requested, and then that depends on my schedule. All that matters to me is that I get you your art as quickly as possible and as correctly as possible and that you are happy with the end product, not that you get a picture of an update every single day because you’re impatient or “suspicious” of me. Please try and understand where I’m coming from with this mindset, I’ve been doing commissions for 3 years and have been scammed more than I have scammed and have been disrespected more than I have disrespected, I am valid in my TOS!
•People who pay on that Monday/before a commission week starts get the discounted options if they apply to the piece they want. (Discounted commission options can change form month to month or be specific to a holiday, etc.) If I am not slot capped and you wish to pay for a spot later in the week, my normal prices apply to you however your piece would be done within the same time frame as the discounted commissions, with flexibility depending on the complexity of the piece.
•($10 rush fee to have your piece moved to the top of my queue. This proceeds anyone in the line.)
•These weekly commissions are made to order and will be taken very seriously/professionally as to more so guarantee myself a certain amount of money per month as this is my only source of income. This seems smarter and safer than a ton of random commissions ranging from $5-$80 a month, while also offering you guys my art for cheaper! (Hopefully that’ll tempt ya more! 😉)
•I do NSFW art, SFW art, comic strips/pages, customs, reference sheets, furry/anthro/feral, couple pieces, YCH, humans and other species, telegram stickers, animations, moving icons, etc! Generally anything you can think of I can/will draw! I may not draw something the best if it’s something I haven’t drawn before but I will try my hardest until you are pleased, being put out of my comfort zone is the only way to grow as an artist!
•I don’t do underage NSFW (children), non-consent or beastiality. Absolutely NO feral NSFW art. All NSFW furry art will have less animal-like genitals and more human-like genitals, with minor tweaks. This is a personal choice and I apologize if it sways you from commissioning me!
•I AM a fetish artist however, so don’t be afraid to tell me exactly what you’d like so long as it doesn’t involve anything in the above, or anything that makes me uncomfortable to draw. I will respectfully decline you if something is out of my comfort zone, do not be afraid of me to shame you or call you names, everything stays between me and the customer! Even I don’t agree/like the kink, if it’s consensual (Consensual non-consent is fine!) and isn’t morally corrupt I WILL draw it! It’s all about the customers~!
