TERMS OF SERVICE

IMPORTANT!!!
I reserve the right to refuse any commissions if they do not follow the terms of service!
THINGS I WILL NOT DRAW:
-Many fetishes including watersports, scat, etc. You may ask me if you are unsure
-Extreme gore, abusive content and any offensive material is not allowed
It is OK to ask me first if you are unsure about a certain topic you wish to know if I draw
PAYMENT:
-Once a commission has been paid and completed (coloring is complete), it CANNOT be refunded, as the time and effort in making the piece has already been done. An update will be provided whenever the next stage is going to be done; I'll confirm with you during the lining stage to carry on
-Any single commission worth US$100 or more can be paid in two parts; first part is paid to come up with a sketched design which needs to be confirmed, then the second half is paid to complete the commission. Any design changes must be given before the second payment; any changes after may only be coloring and minor tweaks
-The prices have been set in USD in order to keep it simple since a majority uses it.
-Some prices vary based on the complexity of the piece; more complex pieces will cost more as it will take more time to create!
-You also have the right to move on to another artist with better prices and a quality that you prefer if you aren't happy with mine. There are many great artists out there, so do not fear!
TIMEFRAME:
-Commissions usually take me around 3-4 weeks to complete, depending on many different factors such as the amount I have in progress as well as my personal life. I'm currently not doing commission work full time so please bare with me
-You may come here to check on the status of your commission as I will do my best to keep it updated whenever I can, thus is the purpose of this Trello board!
-If you have any questions or concerns about your commission, you may send me a message on FA or contact me via your preferred method of communication
PLEASE NOTE:
-Make sure ALL characters are aged 18+; if the characters are deemed minors, I will NOT accept the commission
-You must ensure you have FULL CONSENT to use any the characters you commission. If there are any characters that aren't yours (perhaps to give as a gift), please ensure that the owner of the character has given permission for their character to be used
-You are responsible for giving any needed references for characters as you may be charged extra if anything not provided has to be added in
-Please be respectful! We are all adults here, and even if you aren't there yet, there is no need to stir up any trouble!
