and spread the news about our new group here on FA!What is ARK?As a man or woman you start out stranded in nothing but your undergarments, freezing & starving on the shores of a mysterious island called ARK. The game is a open world, single/multi player co-op dinosaur hunting/building/strategy game. Where you use your skill and cunning to kill and/or tame, breed (yep!) & ride dinosaurs from the large brontosaurus (herbivore) to the fierce and not so friendly til tamed Tyrannosaurus Rex (carnivore). Each dinosaur has unique things it can do for both fighting, an helping the player gather items needed to survive in this vast untamed land. Many primeval creatures roam these lands. You must hunt, harvest resources, craft items, grow crops, research technologies, and build shelters to withstand the elements. You can play solo, or with friends on private servers or try your hoof/hand/paw/wing at playing on an official ARK server where you can team up with and preying upon hundreds of other players to survive, dominate and escape or simply become the prey yourself. Once you log out, if you arent on a private server, more than likely youll end up someones dinner because you are always 'online' in the game even when you have logged out.
The game is currently in Steam 'Early Access' on steam with continually new updates in the open-world dinosaur survival game, coming soon to Xbox One and PlayStation 4. the game has 4, yes 4 different developers working hand in hand to update nearly 2x a week! Wicked graphics, great background music and dinosaur sounds along with the open world and co-op ability make this game fun to play and well worth the $30

It is 25 player capability with 2 always being used for the roomie and myself.
I do not plan to wipe UNLESS 1: we choose to switch maps AS a server, every ACTIVE player gets a voice. 2: something major goes wrong in the server code an theres no other way to fix it.
