Well this was going to be for a contest that
jaiko is running but it is a bit too aggressive. (that's a big understatement )
I received an interesting midi file from
alyon59 which had a very nice minor melody. This melody drove me to create this track which has orchestral, hardstyle, and hard techno elements. Enjoy!

A shame that you chose to drop out of Jaiko's contest... I had my Paula Abdul judging all ready, though I don't think I did a good job at portraying her, but this is what I was going to say:
All right Raving Dragon this is what I get from your entry, now I don't find it too aggressive, despite what you think. I find the slow beginning and soft beginning quite imaginative, I can simply picture this high-tech, floating city in the dark, one can merely see the silhouette of the city, in silence. Now when the little bells begin, a few lights in the buildings turn on and more and more, eventually, turn on when the bass kicks in. The lights through the city turn on, tracing through the streets, quite the spectacular sight. Basically the slow beginning is symbolic of this mechanized city’s internal mechanisms warming up and turning on. When the song gets "aggressive" getting the techno/trance worked in the city begins to come "alive". A bit like Eshmasesh‘s entry of a bustling night in a futuristic city. Then when the tickle-light chimes go off again the city begins to shutdown; things beginning to stop moving and lights going off slowly until the song ends. I like it. A great entry.
