Those sketches are pimpin'. Especially the gold against the purple three quarters view of the lady. Gorgeous. Was that taken from real life?

Yes! It was of my roommate's sister. I was drawing pictures of kids at a Christmas party and she wanted her picture taken. She posed for me for a minute, but the lighting was so uninteresting I had her move to a chair under a spotlight. For the ten minutes after I tried to balance dramatic lighting with midtones to keep her face looking strong, but still not too Frankenstein/Silent Hilly. :3

That chicken dude looks like some sorta cerealbox vigilante.
