It was dark, very dark infact when
draco-rex woke up. At first he thought he was at home, but then he felt the hard stone beneth his body, and his fine suit in place of his PJ's. It took him a moment, but he remebered what had happend. :draco135: Xanark's project had malfuntioned in a major way and had sucked everyone on stage, (as it seemed at the time) in to a gateway of sorts. For all draco knew, he could be inside a tomb, a cave or even inside some giant beast!
Slowly, Draco's eyes adusted to the gloom and he found himself in what seemed to be a concret tunnel. Infact, as he discovered when he touched the ground to help himself up, he was in some sort of subway tunnel. Looking around, draco could see that behind him the tunnel was blocked, either by rocks or something else (once again, it was very dim.)
If i am to figure out where the heck I am, thought Draco as he tried to make out more then just shadows and shapes of the rail and the tunnel's walls, i will need some light. Draco knew that somewhere or other in the tunnel there was bound to be a emergancy box for mantaince workers in the tunnels. It was only a matter of time, after walking with his hand to the wall, till Draco found one such box. Inside it, the green dragon found a flashlight, and not much else.
With a click of the switch, the torch lit up, instantly brighting the tunnel with it's radiance. Draco could now see that the tunnel was blocked in all driections. In all driections except for infront of him, the tunnel had caved in, filling the exits with rocky dabreay. However, the tunnel infornt of the scaley fellow was blocked not by rock, but by the mother of all subway car pileups. The dragon walked slowly toward the pile of rusting metal trains, intent to see if there was a way out through them. As he walked, he suddenly realized, with a bit of embarssesment, that he could simply out grow the tunnels to escape, even though it would end up costing him one of his best suits in the process.
However, after a few tries, Draco discovered that once again, his abilty to Grow at will had failed him, something was supressing his ablity. With a sigh, the dragon continued toward the cars. The first car in the pile-up had it's carrage door wide open, inviting our hero inward. Draco carefully steped into the old subway car and was surpised to find that the car had bent in the middel, forming a sort of letter "L" shape. Watching his step, Draco made his way through and out of the bent car and found himself in another subway car. After makeing his way through two more cars, He soon found his progress blocked by a cracked concreat wall at the end of one of the cars. The wall looked very weak so Draco, in a Jackie Chan moment kicked the wall, hard.
The wall crumbled before draco's foot, but he had scarcly retracted his leg when the roof cave in and droped another subway car into draco's path. This time however, the car was tilted at a 45o angle, providing a sort of ramp upward to an different level of the subway system. Draco decided that the best way to climb the car would be to fly up, but when he tried to extend his wings, he found he could not! It seemed that whatever had been restricting his size changing powers had also disabled his abilty to fly as well. So, like a monkey, Draco, with flashlight in mouth, climbed up the car, using the seats as hand and foot holds. when he made it to the top of the car, Draco found himself in another set of tunnels. Unlike the last intersetion, all the tunnels (not counting the one wiht the colasped floor that he came out of) were intact. Picking a random driection, Draco started walking. As he walked, he wondered what became of his empolyees. All of them were his friends, and one of them,
Agu was he nephew! Were they, the green dragon wondered, trapped, much like himself in this concrete maze? or were they in an enterly differing location altogher?
After all of his walking, Draco could tell that the tunnels were in really bad shape. Most of the tunnels he passed had colasped or had been blocked by random subwaycar pileups. He had gotten to the point where he was completly lost when draco spoted a light in the distance. He quickened his pace as he headed toward the light, which manifested itself into a large subway station. Even though it was not quite clear where the exit from the staiton was, Draco was more then reielfed to see the station's name, EXIBITION. This ment that wherever he was, the locals, if there were any would be able to speak english (Draco was not the best when it came to learning different languages).
The station itself, was not as encouraging. It was in a sorry state of disrepare. The coloums holding up the ceiling were barily holding their own weight and were filled with so many cracks that a simple snezze would have shatered them. The once shiny white tiles were caked in dust and mold, and the lights barly cast a glow brighter then the flashlight in the dragon's hand. The ground was covered in garbage, but no news papers.
Draco climed up on to the platform and shined is light around, looking for the station's exit. He soon found it, an medium sized archway in the back wall of the platform. The only problem was that it was blocked by a black iron securty gate, which, altough very rusty, did not give to Draco's strength.
The green dragon had no choice but to try to find another station or another exit from the subway tunnel maze. The only truly good thing that came out of the EXIBITION staiton was a fadded, but still useable map of the subway system posted to one of the more sturdy coloums. Accourding to the dots and lines on the map, the nearest station that might lead to the surface was down a side tunnel from EXIBITION that lead back into the darkness. With a deep breath, Draco once again set off, this time with a an idea of where he was going.... untill he got lost and had to backtrack to EXIBITION to grab the map. With the map in hand, Draco was once again on his way to the next station, OXFORD. Would he be able to find his way to the surface? was he doomed to be traped in the contrete maze forever? Where were all the others? Had

Hihihi, looks like we were both curious. xD
I'm glad you do like it, big bro. <=3
The reason I asked was: because you didn't say if you like it or not. You only said something about the pic & about the text needing some work, but nothing about the story itself. I got curious and that it. x3

*looks to you* R-really? <=( I-I don't want my big bro to be angry or annoyed by me. <='( I sometimes use the wrong words or at least say it in the wrong way. And I hate it when that happens, because then a scene could happen that could result in a big fight. <='(
(Btw: I'll be coming online on MSN soon. ^.=.^ I-I hope I will be able to talk to you then. ^.=.^)
