Ah yes Caffeine and Sucrose. That got an instant smile out of me, no need to look them up. I am not entirely sure what you are trying to illustrate in that reaction pathway.
We must conduct some experiments where we saturate with one substrate and test the initial velocity of the reaction with varying levels of the other to see if we can find some Km and Vmax values for this reaction with a Lineweaver-Burke plot. I wonder if we brought enough blue kangaroos together in a high enough concentration we might be able to run the reverse reaction as the system seeks out equilibrium...
I shall start writing the grant proposal immediately.

ah, That would explain why I didn't really get it (I am not a chemist, I just remeber looking at different kinds of molecule groups because I was wired). but that means I wont be drinking any of it, Caffeine makes me feel tired. no that is not a joke. most people that have ADHD feel that way when having anything with Caffeine.
