TERMS OF SERVICE
══════════════ Information Basics ══════════════
- ! Commissioning me means you agree to the terms of service !
- Final image is for pesonal use only. (If you want art for commercial use it can be discussed)
- I can do private commissions, but it'll cost more: +50% of the whole price.
══════════════ PAYMENT/REFUNDS ═══════════════
- Full payment must be issued before I start the image.
- I take payment through Paypal only via invoices.
- I don't start working until the payment is received.
- Work starts after full payment/prepayment.
- If the price is more than 400$ you can pay in 2 instalments (first upfront and second in around 2 weeks)
- Additional charges may be applied if I deem the commission is too complex for the default price. This will be at my discretion. (Ex: armor, complicated patterns, and excessive limbs)
- In regards to multiple characters, each additional character is subject to 75% of the default price (ex: full body sketch of 2 characters = 60$ + 75% = 105$)
- If you decide to cancel your commission, you will only receive a full refund if it has yet to be started. Otherwise, your refund will be determinate on the amount of work complete.
- I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. If I decide to cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund, regardless of the progress I’ve made.
- A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF THE ARTWORK IS COMPLETE
═══════════ REGARDING ME, THE ARTIST ═════════════
- I own all copyrights of the commission. I also reserve the right to copy, reproduce, and reuse the image for self-promotion and sales. That being said, I WILL NOT reproduce your commission with the intent to sell or for profit.
- I reserve the right to take as long as I like on a commission unless a due date or a turnaround time is previously agreed upon.
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission under any circumstances.
- I will send a sketch, several wips during the coloring process and a low resolution picture once it's complete. After all changes have been made and confirmed, I will send you the high resolution picture.
- You may request changes up to three (3) times before I no longer accept them or a fee will be paid by you for every additional change. This does not include communication errors or mistakes on my end.
- Approximate lead time is 2-3 weeks for lines and flats, 1-2 month for paintings. Or more, depends on how much orders I have atm.
- Full sized finished picture will be sent on your email/notes. pls download it as I'll delete it from my docs later
══════════ REGARDING YOU, THE CLIENT ═════════════
- I will require a character ref sheet (if you have it) and/or past artwork of your character. You can always add text explanations alongside the ref images.
- You must have visual references to which you can always add text explanations.
- Walls of text without images are not welcome. This is so misunderstandings are avoided.
- You MAY color lineart or paint over a sketch, as long as there is a link to the original sketch/lineart, as well as a clear distinction between the content provided and my own content.
-You MAY crop or edit for layout purposes, icons, banners, etc. as long as the original content of the artwork is not edited.
- You MAY NOT edit or trace the commission yourself, or contact another artist to do so.
- You MAY NOT create copies, prints, or other merchandise with the intent to sell or for profit. Any and all merchandise created by the client should be for personal use only. If you intend to use it for profit, terms will be discussed.
