	TOS & Prices TERMS OF SERVICE ✧ °・General ・ ° ✧ ❤ By commissoning me, partaking in raffle or paying for YCH you agree to my ToS. ❤ If you are not agree to work on my terms - don't comission me. ❤ I have a right to change or enlarge the ToS in the future to improve my page. ❤ You have a right to note me if you have questions consideting my ToS or to solve doubtful situations. ❤ I reserve right to not accept or cancel your comission without any explaination or reason. ✧ °・ Rights ・ ° ✧ ❤ I have all rights to created artwork. I reserve right to UPLOAD, REPOST, DELETE, USE and SELL the created art without sharing the profit. You agree that I may sell higher-resolution files and WIP stages of your commission on Patreon, Gumroad, convetions, etc. ❤ My comissioners may UPLOAD the complete art in their galleries and REPOST it to any platform a but only CREDITING ME as the author. They can also SAVE the art they've comissioned and USE fullsizes for personal purposes. ✧ °・Ordering ・ ° ✧ ❤ The comissions of certain types are opening via Journals where you should comment to claim a slot. You can order them in notes as well or ask if any are availible right now. ❤ Slots are strictly limited, so first come - first served. ❤ YCH comissions are availible in my Gallery. ❤ You must send your full comission description in a note. ❤ Please mind that English is not my native language. So visual references are always better than simple text descriptions. Thank you for understanding! ❤ You can ask me personally what I do and don't draw ✧ °・Art completion ・ ° ✧ ❤ The art will be done in 1-4 months (unless there's a special rule that defines other deadline #express delivery for autobuyer). If the certain date of completion required, we can discuss it. ❤ Keep in mind that I don't have a strict finishing order, where the arts are delivered right in the order they were commissioned. I work on 5-6 art pieces at once and less detailed ones often end up being completed faster. +there can be some challenges that can break the natural queue order. ❤ You can request just one WIP for approval: sketch, lineart or a flatcolor on your choice. ❤ Usually I can't satisfy client's interest in their comission status personally since my time online on FA is limited. I will also try to inform you of the delays by creating an explaination journal. Thank you in future for the patience! After an art completion you will recieve a link to a fullsize of your art. I may sometimes forget to send the link to a big version, as I'm currently dealing with a huge amount of arts, don't be shy to ask for yourse if I forgot to send it! I am not sending .PSD files. ❤ The fullsizes are uploaded on my GOOGLE DRIVE or VK. For those who commission me often I create special google folders. Artistic freedoms, icons, speedpaints and sketches go straight in my FA gallery since they are always smallsized. ❤ I DO slight corrections after the art completion. Don't be shy. Simply note me back if you need to fix some details. I won't bite. ❤ PLEASE SAVE YOUR COMISSION AFTER GETTING IT. Please mind that I clean the drive twice per year to save the space so there could be situations where I WON'T BE ABLE to send the art again.
