Full Color Single Full character full color single, in much of the same style of my other art containing single characters.
Prices may vary depending on outfit, background content, props and etc.
No Hyper, Gore, Waste Material, Smoking, Rape, Vore, inflation, or diapers. All other kinks are case by case. I have the right to refuse commission request based on the content.
By Purchasing from me you agree to these following terms.
1. I have ultimate say in the image. Ex. If I feel like a pose or specific thing does not work, or does not look good aesthetically, I can omit or change the content of the image to better suit an overall better Aesthetic.
2. I can and will draw an image from start to finish, I may or may not show progress at the sketch phase, ultimately It is up to me whether I need more guidance on the character. If you provide ample reference I will follow those guidelines within reason for my particular style.
2a. I will not 1 for 1 copy another persons style, your character will be drawn in my style, which means they may not represent an exact copy of another artists work.
3. I do not do deadlines. I will do the art when I have the time, and in the order that I receive the art, I will provide time frame updates upon request, but will only do so 2 times per order, I will not repeat the same dates day on day just because you're excited.
3a. I may at any time stop doing art for any expanse of time. Commissions are stressful and sometimes I may take a break, I will let everyone know ahead of time via my journal if I intend to take an extensive break of more than a few days.
4. I will do split payments, but no matter the amount split first payment must cover the cost of a sketch. Prices of sketches vary.
5. All payments are final, Refunds are not available after work is finished.
5a. Art trades are applicable to this TOS, and the trading partner must all agree to the TOS before art is created.
6. I reserve the right to alter an image, repost images to various media outlets, and I require that I be credited to any work posted drawn or created by me.
6b. If you do resale an image created by me, or containing my works you must fully disclose this TOS to the buyer and they must agree to the TOS before sale can be finalized.
6e. At any time I feel appropriate I may request removal of work created by me from any media outlet you post received commission or request art from.
7. All buyer/seller info is confidential, no names are kept outside of the bill of sales located in my personal Paypal account. Sharing any information regarding personal info will get you a ban for life from purchases. In regards to filing yearly tax documents a financial advisor of my choosing may see the names of those buying art from me, but will not see the content of which the buyer has received.
