Commissions rulesHello everybody!
I accept paypal (dollars).
GOOD: ferals, anthro, your pets, fantasy characters; landscapes; fanart; interactions between characters; any buildings; any interiors; any devices/machines/mechanisms.
NOT SO GOOD: peoples, sex, gore. You can ask me about NSFW themes but I don't have a relevant portfolio.
NOPE: oral sex, anal sex, fatfetish, coprofetish or other extremal fetishes.
Rules:
- You can ask me about price or details for free.
- You must pay 100% after sketch. The deadline is 2 weeks. Postage costs are NOT included.
- If you have problems, please, write me about them. But don't misapply this!
- If you don't pay for art after sketch, I make a YCH from it.
- You must pay 100% of postage costs ONLY if you would like to have an original art. There is no deadline, I just shall not send arts.
- You can ask me to change a sketch for 3 times (body-build, background, emotions etc.). Remember that I can't edit traditional paintings after colouring. Additional changes are for 2$ (next 3 changes). I shall draw your image for ~1 month. I can draw faster, the deadline is calculated with margin. Letters passes for ~1 month.
- The price cannot be changed after a sketch.
- Changing my arts "just for fun" are not allowed.
- Cases for refunds:
1) I did not uploaded full art for 1 month.
2) I did not start continuing the sketch.
3) If you asked for refund after continuing the sketch, the refund shall be less than 100%.
- No refunds will be offered for finished commissions.
- No refunds will be given to Clients who cut off communication without an adequate reason. This is primarily to ensure that money will not end up on dead accounts.
- You can ask me for a free copy if the letter was lost. The letter shall have a status "lost" after 1 month from the moment when I sent it.
- You can repost your commissioned art with link to one of my profiles.
- You can use one of my arts as personal avatar if it is:
1) an art with my OCs excluding Arkumida, Indie or Ermina Starlight;
2) an art with your OCs;
3) a fanart with canon characters;
- If you have a non-profit group (dog lovers, Lion King forever etc.), you can use my arts for avatar with link to one of my profiles.
- You can resell adopts but only with original price. You can exchange your adopt to another. If you did this, please, tell me about new owner.
- You can increase a price only if you shall have 3 new arts of a character with level like mine or higher.
- Selling prints, avatars of commercial groups or another commercial usage must be discussed between all owners of arts or characters. |
