Terms Of ServiceBy commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following terms. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
✦The Payment is made 100% upfront via Paypal (invoice) for international clients or via Wire Transfer for Mexico’s clients.
✦All invoices are due within 7 days of receiving them, unless agreed otherwise. Invoices past the due date will be canceled along with the commission request. The Commissioners will be notified of this fact.
✦I reserve the right to decline any commission request or client for any reason. I do not have to provide the reason why, but I will give notice.
✦I won’t start the commission until the payment is fulfilled.
✦Once the commission is approved and the payment performed refunds are not allowed unless I cancel the commission request due to issues with the client. In which case, a 20% penalty will be applied.
✦My work cannot be used for NFT’s, AI’s or tracing. You are not authorized to modify or edit my work without my permission.
✦You cannot resell my work for a higher price or claim my art as your own. I reserve all the rights of the artwork and may use it to promote my art.
✦You may publish the commission on your social media, use it as avatars/icons, wallpapers, personal websites/profile displays.
✦The final delivery will be sent via email and by receiving it you automatically accept that the commission is finished.

Workflow✦The completion of your order will be around 2 - 3 weeks, I will try to finish as fast as I can, but this is the average time. If there’s any delay with your commission I will inform you via your designated communication channel.
✦The commissions are performed in a queue, I won't start the commission right after you paid. The time in which your artwork is worked on depends on your position in the queue.
✦Modifications to the piece can be performed on each checkpoint that I provide as follows:
✧Sketch phase: I will send you the sketch and you can request up to 3 modifications without cost. Afterwards modifications to the sketch will have an additional cost.
✧Lineart phase: In this phase minor changes can be performed but no changes on the pose defined on the sketch will be done. Major changes will have an additional cost.
✧Color phase: As aforementioned, no major changes to the lineart are accepted, only changes to the colors will be done.
✧Final delivery: I will send you the final art to your email and the commission will be closed.
✦To make a swift process and avoid delays, please attach all the references for specifics (Poses, clothing, character references, markings, tattoos, etc). |
