	Terms of Conditions General -The artist has a right to refuse any commission request for any reason. -The artist reserves to right to cancel the commission and issue a refund depending on completion for any reason. -There will be no exceptions to any of the terms, but do feel free to ask if you have any questions. Will not do -Complicated Mechanics (Guns, Vehicles, etc) -Art that is discriminatory to any group or person -Some kinks (please ask) Required Client Information -Form filled out, if there are any questions about the commission please be available to answer anything that the artist may need to ask about your commission. -Age: For 18+ pieces please be able to provide a valid ID that matches the name provided on the paypal used to pay. Nonnegotiable Payment -Displayed prices are subjected to change according to complexity and subject matter. -I require all payment up front before the commission is started on. No exceptions, IOUS, art trades, etc. -Do not send payment until the artist agrees to take the commission. -Commissions are to be made on paypal to averyniceprincess[at]gmail.com -Tips are not expected but greatly appreciated. -If requested refund you will be given partial refund depending on how much work the artist has already put into the work Timeframe -The artist will complete your commission up to 4 months after ordering. -Please understand that the artist has multiple other commissions in queue and I will not make exceptions other than deadlines. -If you have a deadline please let me know a week in advance of the deadline, and be willing to pay a fee for expedited time. -Please check my Trello for progress and where you are on my queue.
