- The final price of all comms is up for change depending on features included and complexity of scenes. What you see here is my typical base costs for characters without backgrounds or edits. Basically, if you have a sparkledog-esk type of character with loads of patterns, accessories, clothes, etc, do expect to pay more for all that detail. Please read details or pm me for further discussion.
- I am open to negotiation within reason. Always feel free to ask about that as well. I am happy to answer any questions.
- I can draw comms based on text descriptions alone. However, I do require any descriptions to be as thorough as possible and any visual references do help me greatly. Chars without references may incur a design fee.
- I do work on multiple comms at the same time so completion times vary. I do not usually give times for completion but I can give estimates if asked. If you need something quickly, please let me know.

Terms of ServiceThis ToS overrides any client ToS. No exceptions.
Terms:
Payment:
- Work will only be started after payment has been made. Upon paying, you agree to these terms of service. If you require partial payments, please let me know. Partials will require at least 70% of the cost paid first.
- Payment will only be made through Paypal as USD. I use Paypal invoices. If you must use another method, please discuss it with me beforehand but Paypal is preferred.
- No refunds once work is approved beyond sketch stage. Exceptions will only be made on a case by case basis.
- Alts to images will change price depending on complexity and number. I may refuse to do an alt if I am not comfortable with it.
- Any and all work may not be reproduced for commercial or NFT purposes. Personal reproduction for small things like posters is fine
Rights:
- I, the artist, co-own the work with the client. Intellectual ideas will belong to the client. The artwork credit will be me. I will not use commissioned work outside of using said commission as an example for future clients such as on pricing sheets.
- The client can use the commissioned work for wallpapers, icons, social sites, etc. but may NOT edit out the artist's signature or use the image for profit. Cropping is totally fine for the client's own, nonprofit purposes. Give credit where credit is due please.
- I WILL post the work to my various art sites (ex. tumblr, FA, etc.) by default. If you do not want this, please let me know.
- If you cancel work beyond the sketch stage, I will reuse the sketch for other projects (such as poses). I will not reuse the character, that will always belong to the client.
Work:
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission.
- You may request updates on your commission and I will provide a WIP. I will always provide a sketch for approval (sent to your email or however we choose to communicate). Please ask for progress within reason (I will not update you every hour on the job). That said, I work on multiple projects at once and you may request a time estimate but depending on the scale of the project, it may take me a week to a month+ (typically for full illustrations with backgrounds).
- You may request changes to your commission during the sketch stage. After approving the sketch, I will no longer change the image unless it is regarding simple changes such as color, minor bodily effects, accessories, or backgrounds (if I have not started a background already). Please ask for changes within reason. If I deem changes go beyond minor effort, I will charge for them as I deem fitting for the work.
I WILL DRAW:
- Blood, gore, common fetishes
- Anthros, monsters, creatures, fan art
I WILL NOT DRAW:
- Incest, rape/noncon, cub/loli/shota/etc, complex robotics, taboo fetishes (ask first if unsure), feral x anthro/pokemon/humans, non sapient nsfw + beastie/zoo, humans
*NOTE: Be aware I am mainly a cartoony/semi realism furry artist and that's what I specialize in. Asking for art outside my range like vehicles may not give you what you expect.
