GENERAL:
⋆ By commissoning me you agree to these terms
⋆ I reserve right to not accept your commission order without any reason
* I can ask pay Extra in that cases: Complex background, Complex Plot, Minor characters, hard armor, clothes, species, extra limbs, fetishes, size of pictures, (Like an Dakimakura), Complex color variations (Too bright or a lot of details). Please be prepared for the fact that the price from the price list and the final price may differ higher or lower, it all depends on your wishes and my strength.

RIGHTS:
⋆ Clients may repost watermarked art at will as long as credit to an author is included and no profit is being made

ORDERING:
⋆ You can order a commission via notes on FA or Discord
⋆ Write a description of what you are looking for. It should include references for the character(s),
but if no visual representation is available then write down a detailed text description, it is fine as well

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:
⋆ I accept payment only on Paypal \ Boosty
* Payment must be made within 24 hours after my note with payment information
⋆ Payments without prior invoice won't be accepted (Exception for regular customers only)
⋆ I take 100% prepayment or a 50/50 payment (available for $300+ commissions only), with 50% being paid upfront and the other 50% once the wip is approved aka Payment Plan
⋆ If commission is being canceled for any reason, I will refund the money minus the amount depending on done progress
* The tax is paid by the buyer
⋆ Sometimes I will not be able to return money immediately, it may take some time
⋆ Once a commission is finished, the payment is non-refundable
⋆ if you dont like the finished (Or half-way) picture, and want new one, you must to pay again as a full image

ABOUT PROCESS:
⋆ After your payment received I'll send you WIP for approval (except sketch and speedpaint commissions). Any changes can be applied at the Sketch step, you have an 3 (Three) free fix.
⋆ After the sketch is approved, I'll only fix my own mistakes
⋆ I really unstable artist. And i'll work as fast, as i want and can, If you said : " No rush, take your time", I will not be in a hurry. Please, be patient!
⋆ I will notify you of every change and send you WIP if that makes sense.
⋆ At the end you'll get a link where you can download art in high quality + small version for public use. Ill can send it on your Email, Discord, Telegram and anyother media resources.
