Commission TOS

1/ You must be at least 19 years old to commission.
2/ I don't draw human.
3/ I don’t draw exotic sexual fetish. Feel free to ask me if you are unsure.
4/ Paypal only, payment upfront, USD currency, payment plan available for commission higher than $300.
5/ At the moment, Art commission is my part time job, therefore it will take a while to finish. My current usual wait time is 1-2 months.
6/ You agree to my estimated turnaround time and give me time to work on the art. I don't mind answering message about update and will communicate with you no matter what.
7/ You will get a high resolution JPEG and a lower resolution for website uploading. I can send PNG, only if you request up front. I don't offer PSD files. It is recommended to use the lower resolution version to upload to avoid art theft for both of us.
8/ I will automatically upload the arts on my social medias after the art is done. If you want to keep it private, let me know up front.
9/ You cannot use the art for commercial/business purposes (ex: selling t-shirt, sticker, mug, poster, book, NFT, crypto currency...)
10/ If you would like to use the art for commercial purposes, please contact me for quote.
11/ Don't remove my logo/signature.
