Terms of Service

-Art will not begin until payment has been made. Large sums can be broken into several payments, but there still must be a first-payment. Once work begins there will be no refunds unless I am unable to finish your piece due to circumstances outside of our control.

-Art might end up in portfolio/banners/examples. If requested, art can be unposted but I must be able to stream it at least.

-OCs will NEVER be put into merchandise unless I ask you/get an okay.

-Designs with intricate tattoos/markings and wings will be subject to additional costs. Simplification can be discussed to negate said costs.

-Adding view/detail windows and props are also subject to additional costs.

-A client may commission 3 different pieces in one slot.

-Slots can be pushed back/held for the maximum of 3 weeks. After that period of time the slot is forfeit.

-Continuously changing commission pieces and/or claiming slots only to push them back will result in a blacklisting.

-If a commission involves the following below, it WILL be rejected.
