++++✥ Becoming a Commissioner ✥++++
Usually I will post that I am Open in my journal or in a art submission. Stating that I am open and accepting commissions. I am usually open for commissions, but in the rare chance that I am not. All commissions are not accepted unless verified by written correspondence between myself and the commissioner.
So if you should see COMMISSIONS OPEN please send me a note or an email. All contact information is available on my profile and private messaging on FA is (again also) available.
Once we (the commissioner and myself the artist) agree that will I start your commission, PAYMENT MUST BE MADE and Made in FULL AMOUNT before work begins.
I am willing to be flexible and accept half payment upfront and the 2nd half upon showing a sketch that has been approved for inking/coloring.
Once work has started, it is an estimated amount of time for each piece's completion. Since I work on art primarily on the weekends. If I can work during the week days, than there may be instances of art being finished faster. Each commission is different and therefore has different finishing times. Complexity of the commission determines how much time is needed to finish it.
However, Commissioners will be in full contact at every step of the creation process. They will receive 1 sketch picture that is approved for inking, 1 inked work in progress picture and then the final reveal of the finished piece.
Commissions are on a first come first serve basis. All commissions I take are put onto a Art Queue, that is written on my journal. I will not finish commissions outside of a commissioner's queue time. I also reserve the right to pick and choose my clients.
I withhold the right to decline anyone at anytime for any reason. And there is also a list of things that I will not draw.
If I accept your commission, I will reply to you the commissioner via the method that was used to contact me. Otherwise I will default to your FA to confirm your spot in the queue. Of which i will inform you how many are ahead.
I WILL NOT CONTACT PEOPLE RANDOMLY, if you contacted me at some point for a commission I may try to remind you of it. But I am not obligated to save/reserve spots for commissions.
Once I confirmed your commission, I will ask all information pertaining to the creation of the commission and any details needed for the commission to be created.
WORK WILL BEGIN ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL AND YOUR PLACE IN THE QUEUE IS UP NEXT. PAYMENT IN FULL IS AN AGREEMENT THAT I WILL NOT REFUND. SINCE I CANNOT UNDO THE TIME IT TAKES TO CREATE THE ART. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS for that reason.
Once I have received the full payment I will continue to work on the piece until completion.
If payment or approval for this commission cannot reach an agreement, then I will "recycle" the sketch and may use it in the future in other artwork( in anyway I see fit). There may be more than one rough sketch in this process, i have the right to use the "extra sketches" in future work as well.
If there are any serious delays, I will notify you. Remember I am human and art is a luxury item. Perfection takes time. There for any Rush Orders are not accepted here .
Please note that all commissions are subject to some artistic freedom. Approving a sketch is the acceptance of it as seen.
Please specify if you would like your commission to remain private . Otherwise I will post it in my galleries. I am NOT OBLIGATED TO POST or NOT post ART. My Galleries are my own, buying a piece does not guarantee i will post it either.

I do accept written descriptions of characters as reference for commission , but understand they will not be as accurate as visual references.
Commissions will be delivered via the method of contact commissioners made with me.
High resolutions of commissions are available upon request. But once business is finished and the final product is finished. If the commissioner does not ask for the high resolution files. He/she will not receive it.

Commissions must be paid in full- 100% - for work to begin!
I only accept payment through PAYPAL.
I only accept $USD (United States Dollars)
Payment is expected to be paid in full before work to begin or within 24 hours, of your commission being next on the Art Queue
I do NOT accept echecks, or mailed cash
Never send payment without my approval, because if you do, I will consider it a tip or donation and WILL NOT refund you.
All sales are final once payment has been received.

There are no revisions.
Any revisions are done in the sketch phase. The acceptance and approval to go ahead and ink/ color the commissions is the confirmation that it is " perfect"
If you failed to inform me of a mistake, omit information , or forget to ask to change to your commission during the sketch approval phase, is at the fault of the commissioner and I will not fix it after completion.
You are not allowed to edit my artwork. (See Use of Artwork section) However coloring of line art for personal use is accepted.

Please keep in mind that my prices can change at any time. Prices are for the amount of Hours place into the work. My BASE PRICE IS $15 per hour.
I may also charge more for your commission if you have an overly complex character, or want any extras not normally included in a commission.

I have a strict NO REFUNDS policy
Remember that all sales are final once payment has been received.
Since payment is made for work to begin, my time cannot be refunded. Therefore if you receive art from me, I cannot refund you the commissioner. Since you cannot refund me my time.

Always follow rules on the auction submission itself!
Do NOT retract your bids!!! If you retract your bid, especially without notice, you will be straight up banned from all future auctions.
If outbid, you are no longer obligated to pay me anything. Once the auction has ended, even if the person who outbid you broke the rules and retracted their bid.
ALTHOUGH the 2nd runner up in that case will be offered the auction prize if the first winner does not want/ failed to pay for the auction prize.
All my auctions have rules and those will be the ones i go by, as well as my TOS
Payment is due within 24 hours of me notifying you for winning, unless otherwise discussed.
If you fail to pay within this time and without notice, I will offer the prize to the next person.
Auctions may be cancelled, postponed, or extended in the event of no bids in the first 24 hours or breaking the rules with retracted bids occur.

Commissioners of lineart my color in the lineart for personal use. BUT NOT FOR SALE!!
You must always credit me when reposting or using any of my art!
You are not allowed to use my art for commercial use without my proven consent and signed agreement.
I am allowed to sell prints or other merchandise of any artwork I create if I so choose, unless you state otherwise before commissioning me or requested a private commission.
Lineart i draw used in the process of creating of a art piece does not automatically belong to that commissioner. Most of my digital art has traditional lineart as it's base. If the commissioner does not pay for that lineart to be shipped to themselves (the commissioner) then they for fit ownership of that lineart.
At which I will keep said lineart and sell it at my discretion at a future time.
Violations to this Terms of Service Agreement will result in Artist Beware / Commissioners Beware, etc. and you will be added to my perma-blacklist.

I am not responsible for deleted or missing commissions from my galleries.
My galleries are my own, I reserve the right to post whatever I want. Including any art i was commissioned to make. Unless we (myself the artist and you the commissioner) agree it (the commissioned piece of art) is private and therefore not to be posted publicly in my galleries.
I am not obligated in any way to post completed commissions to any of my galleries.
