TERMS OF SERVICEGeneral
• The artist reserves the right to decline any commission if the artist is not agreed with it.
• The artist may stream or publish WIPs and the drawing unless selected otherwise.
• Price may change, depending of the complex of commission.
• All artwork is transfered digitally to PNG file.
• It's forbidden to use the artworks for AI and any blockchain related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future invention in that space.
Payments
• The artist request the full payment before starting the commission.
• The artist begins the commission when the payment is received.In case of URGENT delivery date, the artwork will have an extra cost.
• KO-FI and PAYPAL only
Revisions
• You only will have 3 revisions. (In the Sketch Phase)
• Corrections or additions to the picture after approval (5€ per change)
Deadlines
1. SKETCH PHASE: Major changes can be done (poses, perspectives, expressions, details...)
2. COLOR PHASE: Minor changes can be done (colors, ambient/atmosphere, minor details forgotten on the sketch phase...)
3. FINAL RENDER PHASE: Just little color adjustments and/or tiny details can be done.
Use
• The client can use the artwork for streaming, avatar icon or profile picture.
• In case of Commercial Use, contact for DM
• IT'S FORBIDDEN THE USE OF ARTWORK FOR NTF's, AI'S TECHNOLOGIES OR RESALES
Intellectual Property Rights
• I retain the copyright of the final image, Character owner retain copyright of the character.
• The artist retains all the copyright and the right to use it for samples, portfolio or post on social media, display printing.
Refunds
• No refund if the commission work has been started.
Communication
The artist communicates in English and Spanish.
Please, be kind and respectful during the communication with the artist. Otherwise, the artist can refuse to accept the commission.
For any inquiries or question, please, send a Note on Fur Afffinity, or a DM on Bluesky or VGen. The artist will contact with the client as soon as it's possible.
