Payment Policy
-When discussions about your commission are complete, promptly send me your email for PayPal invoice. Do not pay before we finish our discussions I expect payment in full or at least 20% down payment to reserve a spot in queue Refund Policy
-I do refunds. However, I also pays the bills~! If you desire a refund, you might have to be patient and wait a month or two, until it can be refunded. also if the Commission was in progress the client will not get the full refund (depends on the progress).

-Give me a proper visual reference. I do not accept written descriptions of character unless its for a ref or the character idea is rough idea, I do not mind descriptions written for pose ideas, personality traits, etc.
