Commission information a quick will/won't do !! Until i can figure out where this is actually supposed to go....
I still have the right to not accept any commission for any reason whatsoever. I usually do not cancel commissions in the middle of doing them so don't fret too much.
In the case of me cancelling commissions, i will give a full refund(if payment had occurred) and you'll receive the file of what i have drawn. You are free to use the art however you wish(minus feeding it to ai), including commissioning someone else to edit/finish said piece or editing the piece yourself. All i ask for is proper credit.
My TAT is unreliable but i will be sending progress shots! Because of how unreliable it is, i please ask to wait till you've received the final sketch (or lineart) before paying. Once paid, you will get an unwatermarked sketch/lineart and I'll continue the piece! Once you have the full piece, it is yours! As long as you don't feed it to ai or claim it as your work, you are free to post, edit, display, print,ect it wherever you please.
