Working from MONDAY to FRIDAY. Unless exceptional circumstances, I do not work on weekends.
Except for reminders, you can contact me to place an order or ask questions 24/7!
To confirm your order, I will need all the informations about what you want, such as expression, pose, type of art, reference sheet etc. Please be precise and clear.
If you have something specific in mind that isn't listed below, just ask !
Note that, if you forgot about a detail, I will not be responsible.
If you want anything NSFW (including artistic nudity) you have to be over 18.
PRICES & PAYMENT:
I only accept PayPal.
My currency is in EUR (€), but I also accept USD ($).
⚠️ Important note : If you decide to pay with the paypal protection, I will send you an invoice and the fee will be at your own charge and mentionned on the bill, usually 6% of the commission's price.
If you decide to pay withtout the protection, and I see that you did it anyway, I will have to refund you, or you will have to send the difference to my Paypal, this time, without protection.
As a reminder, if you are purchasing digital goods, no physical items will be shipped.
In this case please do not mention your physical adress when paying the invoice or sending the payment.
The prices are just estimates and may vary depending the complexity, wich will always be discussed with you.
When the payement is done and confirmed, your order will be added to my trello on the same day.
PROCESS:
When I received the payment, I will start drawing in the estimated delay.
Most of the time, I may already have a queue, so it can take up between 2 weeks to 4 months for me to be able to begin your commission.
I have minor health issues that may request breaks time to time, but it is pretty rare and you will be informed about it.
First, I will show you a sketch, if you like and approve it, I will start with the lineart.
Please take your time and report me anything that doesn't seems right to you at this stage.
If I've already started the lineart and you see something wrong, I will not be able to change anything, unless you can pay a modification fee (depending the gravity).
When the lineart is finished, I will show it to you and start coloring.
If, by mistake, I commit an error on your character's design, please don't hesitate to report it to me, I will change it right away. Again, if you want to change something that wasn't shown on your ref, I will have to charge you.
It's my job to satisfy you, so please don't hesitate to tell me about your concerns during the progress.
COPYRIGHT:
I have all rights on the artwork you commission, wich means I can do priting or selling of it (card, posters etc).
You are not allowed to share the drawing without giving credits (even if there is my watermark on it).
You're either not allowed to trace, modify, resell, or use the artwork for commercial purpose.
Also, I will give the original file (.psd) only to mutuals or past customers I know I can trust.
CANCELLING:
If I didn't started the commission and you want to cancel it, I will give you a full refund, but you will have to note me about it within 7 days after you made the payment.
In other case I already started your commission and it's been more than 7 days that I've received the payment, I will not issue a refund, full or half.
I have the right to cancel or reject a commission, refund may be made depending the above conditions.
WARNING: If you're being too pushy I will cancel your commission. I don't want to work with stress, I can't handle such conditions. Thanks for your understanding.
