TOS

The Client must read, understand and agree to all the below terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the below terms.

I- the general
1) Please be nice, i want everything to go well.
2) Have a clear image/reference of your character.
3) If you have a specific idea be precise and clear from the beginning please.
3) I can refuse a commission without justification.
4) I can keep all sketches unused during the process for personal use/ych.

II-payment
1) Only use paypal. (some exception can be made.)
2) I made you a really quick sketch/ concept if you agree with i send you an invoice.
3) For traditionnal art i'll send you a second invoice later for the price of the shipping.

III-process
1) now you have paid i'll send you regulary wip of the work : line+flat for digital (for traditionnal, just the general advancement.)
2) since i wake up everyday at 7 a.m and come back home between 7 p.m and 10 p.m with my studies i've not a lot of time to dedicate to commissions. (exception for hollydays, it's mostly here i'll do the commissions.) it can take me just one week if the commission is pretty simple to several months. Just tell me at the beginning if you have a dead line.

III- customer satisfaction
3) changes can be done at almost any moments in digital (but after the line it could cost a little bit more, especially if i've start to shade and everything. only the big changes will represent more charges don't worry.)
4)if the mistakes are made because the ref was unclear, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee
4) no changes can be done in traditionnal after the line.
5) watercolors is not digital so the colors will not be exactly the same than on your ref sheet.

V.copyright / usage policy
1)I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
2)I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
print it and sell it.
Post it wherever I want.
3)The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
4) you don't have the right to reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
5) we have to discuss about it if you want commercial rights.

VI. canceling/refunding policy
1)I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
2) you can ask a refund for the sketch : give you 80% and keep the idea for ych/personal use if you don't want it.
the line : 60% and i still can keep the idea.
after line no refund.

(A5) portrait : 30 euro
(A5) buste : 40 euro
(A4) halfbody : 50 euro
(A4) fullbody : 60 euro
background : 5 to 30/40 euro

price can be higher if you want a bigger canva or if you have a complex char.
if you want the original you have to add 50% of the price of the drawing. (can be more or less it really depends)

line work + watercolor
simple shade and less volume than on a painting but faster and "cleaner""

these are the base price, can be higher if you want the paiting more rendered.
