Terms of ServiceBy commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service. If you violate my terms of service, I reserve the right to reject or to cancel your commission. If your commission is cancelled, you will not receive your commissioned art, and I reserve the right to reuse what would have been your commission for my own purposes.
♥Terms of Service:
・Please be aware that my style may change with time. Older works may not be accurate examples of what my work may look like with your piece.
・I work from visual character references, only. Ref sheets, SL references, or existing art of your fursona must be provided at the time of commission request.
・I reserve the right to refuse any commission. If I refuse your commission, please don't take it personally. I draw as a hobby, and my RL job is very demanding.
・You are more than welcome to post copies of your commission anywhere you like, however, do not crop, edit, or otherwise alter the art in question without my consent.
・When posting my art, please credit me as the artist.
・Do not use my art for profit. If you desire a work to be used for profit, such as a cover art or logo in a story or whatever, then please let me know and we will negotiate.
・I do NOT accept deadlines. I have a very busy work schedule, but I promise I will get to your work as quickly as I can... Please be patient with me, as my completion times may vary widely.
・You may contact me through notes, telegram or discord. All three of these are listed on my main FA page. Please do not pester me about your art... as I said before, I will get to it as soon as I am able.
・I will request full prepayment once you approve the rough sketch. If you reject a sketch, I have the right to resell it as a YCH.
・If your commission is cancelled for any reason, I will refund money based on the work I've already accomplished on your commission and you will not receive your commission.
・Payment via PayPal only. Please make sure to provide your PayPal when requesting a commission.
