Rights:
• I as an artist retain all rights to created artwork. I reserve right to repost, use and sell created art in digital or physical forms. Profits won't be shared. You agree that I may sell higher-resolution files and WIP stages of your commission as part of image packs, Patreon rewards, or similar
• Clients may repost watermarked art at will as long as credit to an author is included and no profit is being made
• Every client has possibility to buy full rights to commissioned artwork. Details will be discussed individually
Ordering:
• Message me here on FA or on Discord
• Write down a description of what you are looking for. It should include references for the character(s),
but if no visual representation is available then write down a detailed text description, it is fine as well
• English is not my native language, I would be pleased if you express your thoughts as simple as possible, thank you!
Payment and refunds:
• I accept payment on Paypal or boosty
• Payments without prior invoice won't be accepted
• I take 100% prepayment or a 50/50 payment (available for $200+ commissions only), with 50% being paid upfront and the other 50% once the wip is approved
• If commission is being canceled for any reason, I will refund the money minus the amount depending on done progress
• Sometimes I will not be able to return money immediately, it may take some time
• Once a commission is finished, the payment is non-refundable
Do | Dont:
• I draw anatomy close to real person. If your character has any anomalies in the anatomy, then, most likely, I will refuse the order.
• I draw only with a clear reference sheet. Any written descriptions, 3D (I accept only understandable 3D) or lack of a normal color palette will be rejected or charged a separate price.
• I don't draw anatomically wrong (something like too much fat) characters. All within reasonable limits.
List of things for which i can take an extra charge:
• wings
• mechanical parts
• complex hairstyles
• detailed background
• detailed clothing
Process:
Step 1. Message from customer with full artwork and PayPal details
Step 2. I agree to work (or refuse), clarify the details that are not clear to me.
Step 3. The customer makes the payment within 24 hours and after that I start working.
Step 4. The process is completed and the WIP's are posted on my exclusive discord channel for bidders and customers.
Step 5. The WIP's are Draft, Flat colors, Shadows, Light, Render and if necessary there will be more WIP's for the final render.
Step 6. The customer receives the art and all its versions (if any) in full size by discord or email.

Notes
• The process of work varies from my state of health, problems in life or the complexity of the commission.
• If you need to perform artwork on a certain date, please indicate this in advance! Its desirable to have at least 2 weeks ahead. More time is always better, especially if the commission is big!
• If you need to keep the artwork private in the course of time (gift for a birthday or other holiday), then specify the time when ordering of the commission. |
