🔞 STOP: ALL CLIENTS MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Under no circumstances are you allowed to commission me if you are under the age of 18, even for SFW content.
If I am to find out that you have attempted or succeeded in doing so, the work will be deleted and you will be blocked and reported to Furaffinity and Paypal.
If reasonable suspicion arises, I may request legal proof of age in order to deliver any NSFW content.

You must read, understand and agree to all terms before purchasing a commission.
By paying an invoice, you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions.
If any of these conditions are broken during any point of the commission process, I reserve the right to cancel your commission without a refund.
📖 TERMS OF USE
I retain full legal copyright over any work that I produce, and retain full ownership of individual pieces. This includes, but is not limited to: the right to display the artwork in a gallery, the right to use it to promote myself and my work, etc. My artwork may not be resold for any type of monetary gain, which includes but is not limited to: digital or physical cash transactions, digital currency transactions, vouchers, tokens, gift cards, or other forms, and it may not ever be associated in any way, shape or form with non-fungible tokens (NFTS).
💌 CONTACTING ME
The easiest and most reliable way to contact me is FA notes! I check this website regularly and you can usually anticipate a response fairly quickly (within 48 hours). If you cannot contact me via FA notes for any reason, you can reach me at [email]. Please bear in mind that I do not check this email often, so noting me on FA would seriously be the fastest and most reliable way to get a hold of me. Patience is always appreciated!
🛠️ WORK QUEUE
I do not host a public queue. I work rather quickly and maintaining a public queue takes more time than doing the work itself at this point. Patrons regularly get access to WIPs and I do try to update regular clients as often as I can. I understand that not having a public queue can be uncomfortable for some, so you are welcome to request an update at any time.
🗓️ SCHEDULE
I try (keyword: try) to maintain a relatively regular commission schedule to keep things easy on my relatively busy brain. This is generally what goes on as far as paid work:
MONDAY: Patreon reward work
TUESDAY: Contract work
WEDNESDAY: Regular commission work
THURSDAY: Regular commission work
FRIDAY: Contract work
Saturday: Offline
Sunday: Offline

❤️ ETIQUETTE
✦ I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, without explanation.
✦ Be straightforward and descriptive with what you'd like me to draw.
✦ My work prices are non-negotiable; if you cannot afford to commission me, then please wait to contact me until you are in a financial position to do so.
✦ Please remain professional and polite when discussing a commission; I always do and I expect the same from you.
✦ Please do not use 'we'/'us' terminology with me when commissioning. You are the client; I am the artist.
✦ Please do not fret and fuss about "overwhelming" me. As long as I am accepting work, I am confident in my ability to finish it.
✦ You must provide me with your references every single time you commission me. I do not save your information and I will not hunt it down on my own. This includes Patreon patrons and regular clients.
✦ Any edits that are needed must be presented as final edits. You cannot hint at or coach me towards an adjustment that is necessary; it is your commission, and I cannot read your mind!
✦ If you want a specific alternate version, it is YOUR responsibility to tell me so and to pay for it accordingly! I will no longer work on an "if you want" basis. It is your commission.
✦ I will not recreate another style (Disney, Dreamworks, another artist, etc.). Please commission me if you are confident that your character will look good in my style.
✦ Do NOT edit my art in any way, shape, or form, without prior, written consent from me. This includes drawing on my sketches/redlining my work.
❌ LIMITATIONS AND BOUNDARIES
There are some topics and themes that I am not willing, not comfortable, or not able to draw. The items listed below are non-negotiable and will not be drawn under any circumstances.
I WILL NOT DRAW
✘ I will not draw sexualized cub or minor art
✘ I will not draw scat/farting
✘ I will not draw babyfur themes
✘I will not draw Pokemon/Pokemon hybrid characters
✘I will not draw MLP (My Little Pony) characters
✘ I will not draw humans
✘I will not draw artwork that contains political messages of any kind
✘ I will not draw depictions of IRL people or celebrities (that are not the commissioner/consenting parties)
If what you'd like to commission me for is not included in the list above, then I will do my best to draw it for you*! Please feel free to inquire if a fetish feels more 'hardcore' to you; the worst thing that'll happen is I can politely decline.
* While I am willing to look at and consider concepts in-between my 'will not' list, please remember that I have the right to decline a commission with or without explanation if a concept or fetish makes me uncomfortable in any way.
💵 PAYMENT
✦ I accept payment only in USD via Paypal Invoice.
✦ You must pay in-full upfront before any commission work begins.
✦ If you would like to tip me, I accept tips; thank you! You can do so by adding a tip into the appropriate spot in an invoice, or by using my [Ko-Fi!]
✦ Short-term payment plans are available for commissions exceeding $300. Please contact me for a quote if you have a large idea in mind and we can discuss a plan that will work for both of us.
💸 REFUNDS
Refunds are discussed on a case-by-case basis.
✦ If the work is not completed within 90 days of the invoice being paid and no WIPs have been shown, refunding may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
✦ If I do not receive a response to an edit or adjustment request within 30 days, no refunds will be given. Additionally, the client forfeits all right to the work as of then current and any work that was left as a sketch may be used as a future YCH or offered to patrons as a discounted pose/idea for purchase.
✦ No refunds, partial or complete, will be granted once the work has been completed.
✦ Refunds will not be given under any circumstances under the guise of financial irresponsibility or "buyers regret". For example, I will not refund your commission because you made the decision to spend $100 on artwork when you knew you had rent due in three days.
📅 ESTIMATED WAIT TIMES
Generally speaking, I try to complete my commissions in the most timely manner possible. Most of the time you can expect to wait between two to four weeks to see your artwork completed, give or take specifics such as the complexity of the piece and characters involved, along with what is currently going on in real-life for me. If the commissioned piece is larger, such as a reference sheet or comic, then you may be subject to a longer waiting period. If you feel that you will be unable to remain patient during this time, please do not commission me.
🎨 WORK PROCESS
✦ You must provide me with a visual reference of your character. I will not, under any circumstances, work with written descriptions.*
* This rule is only negotiable for reference-sheet commissions, and are subject to a flat $50 character design surcharge.
✦ I will accept traditional reference sheets, however these will incur a $25 'guess fee', as I cannot color-pick off of them accurately.
✦ You can send as many references as you like, but at least one must be flat-colored; NO shading.
✦ The only WIP I usually send out to clients is during the sketch stage to make sure everything looks correct before the "final" work begins. If you would like more frequent WIPs please inquire at the beginning of the commission process.
✦ All final free edits must be requested in the sketch stage. Further edits and adjustments that are requested and not the consequence of artist error will be subject to a $10 fee per-edit/adjustment. (Ex. you as the client decided you do not like the placement of a hand or limb and the commission is already past the line art stage.) Requesting these edits in the sketch stage of work is always free within reason.
✦ If there are any errors due to artist mistake, I will fix this free of charge, regardless of the stage the art is at.
✦ You cannot 'change your mind' during the commission process; once I have accepted your idea and the invoice is paid, you are locked into the prompt you initially gave me.
✦ Due to personal past experiences, I no longer accept fully private commissions. If you would like me to protect your identity and leave you as "anonymous" when uploading your art, that is perfectly fine and I would be happy to do so!
IMPORTANT: If you need your commission completed by a deadline, it is your responsibility to inform me of this before the invoice is paid. I will not be held responsible for not having it completed by the date requested if you do not specify this with me ahead of time. For rush-order commissions, there will be an additional fee of $50 to be paid at the time of invoicing. A commission is considered to be rush-order if you need it within a week (7 days) of the time of your order.
💯 FINISHED WORK
✔ You MAY upload the finished drawing to your on-site gallery, but only with credit linking directly back to my page.
✔ You can use the artwork as an icon/banner/whatever on social media, but MUST credit back to me here.
✘ You may NOT claim the original artwork as your own.
✘ You CANNOT upload my artwork to websites such as Paheal or e621, even with credit.
Please make sure that you save your artwork once it is sent to you! I cannot guarantee that I will keep the file stored on my PC for an extended amount of time, and it is your sole responsibility to keep up with your completed work.

Sketch PageA sketch page of your character doing just about whatever! You choose a prompt, and I run with it. Can be up to two characters maximum. Please keep things simple; for example, 'My character, engaging in a BDSM session' would work best for these kind of commissions. |

Comic PageA comic page of your character doing (almost) whatever you'd like. I will need a lot of details for this type of commission! The more information you give me, the easier the work process will be. These pieces are lined and flat-colored, like a full drawing would be.
Comic pages start at $200. This price includes 3-4 panels, and 1-2 characters of your choosing.
Comics pages are ALWAYS two for $300! You must buy two pages at the same time for this deal.

Full ReferenceFull references are more than a step-up from quick refs; they're lined, flat-colored, and packed with as much information as you'd like about your character and their design. These are very nice when completed, and can sometimes take a bit of time to complete.
Full references start at $125. The base price includes a front and back view of your character, a color palette, and a small amount of information about the character (name, species, pronouns, etc.) Either NSFW or SFW. one or the other, is what is included in this price. Add-ons are sold a la carte and can be added at an additional cost.
