	TERMS OF SERVICE Lezbuck Art Terms of Service Summary: For customers it is important to know what I will and won't draw, which policies I employ towards communication and professionalism, what rights I give you to your purchases, as well as which rights I retain as the creator. In basic form any of my customers can expect to be able to post artwork I create for them into their own respective galleries so long as there is credit given to me (Lezbuck)the artist. You can expect that I as the artist will retain rights to the image in terms of use for my portfolio, advertisement for myself, posting to my gallery and potential use in print towards portfolio books, prints of single images or otherwise as I see fit. This will not include commercial use without your permission. Below will be listed in order: -General -I don't draw -Payment -Due Dates -Contact -Artwork Rights for the Customer -Artwork Rights for the Artist General -I have the right to refuse any Commission -All customers (Commissioners) are expected to act appropriately with me and others. I reserve the right to cancel your commission, if I find that you are being rude and/or mean to myself or others. If I cancel your commission you will receive a 50% refund, if work has started. If work has not begun a full refund will be issued. -i will provide WIPs and ask questions to ensure the commissioner is happy with their artwork. Do not be shy if you want something changed during the WIPs. Please Speak Up.Once a piece is finished, no further changes can be made. I Do Draw •anthros •gore •clothing-provided with clear examples/descriptions (weak point) •feel free to ask about a certain theme/pose!! I Don't Draw •nsfw •babyfur/diaper fur •watersports/scat •hyperfat/hypermuscle/hyperinflation •vore •humans •Distasteful subject matter situations I deem distasteful or inappropriate. If you're curious about a theme/pose please feel free to ask! Payment: ~All payment is required from all customers before work is started. Payment will be available through Paypal or Zelle only. ~Refunds can be given in Full if i havent started your commission yet. Once I start your commission, i will refund 50% of payment. Please be sure of what you want and your budget BEFORE you commission me. Due Dates: ~i do not do rush orders. ~artwork can have a turnaround time of a few days to 2 months maximum, normally. However I do have a full time job and have other life events that happen. If a commission will take longer than 2 months, I will notify the commissioner.
